Homeopathic remedies

Post by welshie »

I know the sample diet says not to take supplements, but what about homeopathic remedies? I've been thinking about seeing a homeopath about my skin for ages and maybe now is the right time as i've given my system a kick start. Also, there is a cream called calendula cream- what do you think? I was thinking of putting it on my spots when they're angry/sore, to soothe them

I think there is a lot of confusion on what Homeopathy is.

homeopathic substances are essentially water (diluted to the point that there are no longer any molecules of the original substance left) that are supposed to have some information of another substance in them somehow

Don't think you will need it welshie :)

Give yourself time on the 100% Sample Diet and see how thinks go.

I agree. Just have faith that the diet works for you and then you dont need to rely on your faith in homeopathic medicins.
Just let it go for just a while; you can always go back whenever you want.
