size of cholesterol (in our body)

Post by johndela1 »

I watched a video on you tube that says that the size of our cholesterol
can be a factor in our health. It says that the smaller particle size the
more chance it has to get stuck and oxidize.

Anyone know what dietary factors influence this?

the vid is here:

they talk about size around 5:20

The most determing factor is whether there is heat. No heat, hardly any oxidizing.
'Getting stuck' and oxidation inside the blood is relatively simple and harmless, also in the sense that there are enzymes available to break that oxidized cholesterol down.
