Rapid Heart Beat

Post by g4mb1t »

Hi all,

I'm new to this diet and forum. I have got a few questions and am wondering if anybody could help me.

I tried this diet because of the constipation problem that I am having.

1. I haven't gone to full blown fruit diet for the whole day. Instead, I try to do it half day normal cooked food and half day Wai diet. So far I have tried it for 4 days.

The food that I eat when on the Wai Diet are:
- 1 or 2 peeled apples
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of OJ mixed with a table spoon of olive oil
- almond nuts

However, when I eat like this, afterwards I have a rapid heart beat and feeling very weak. Is this the withdrawal symptoms? Or is this something serious I have to attend to?

2. Does eating fruits only cure chronic constipation quick? Previously, before having the constipation problem, I went to the toilet every 2-3 days. Now, I experience the constipation problem for 5 days.

Thank you.

Its a lack of glucose for the brain (and muscles)
You are simply eating way too little, and not often enough; the number 1 mistake made.
You need to learn to listen to your blood sugar level.
Try eating something every 20 minutes.

Yes.
Within days.
