bubbles in urine

Post by Kookaburra »

Whenever I urine, bubbles will form on the ground, kind of foamy. Seconds later, the bubbles will disappear. I noticed that I have been having bubbles in my urine since I was 14. I am 23 this year. I thought by following the Wai Diet, those bubbles will go away. I searched on the internet and those medical sites are saying that bubbles in urine meant that I have excessive protein in the urine.

Do I have this condition Proteinuria?

RRM, do you have any idea? Do you have bubbles in your urine? Are they normal? Well, I have been having them for 9 years now, but it doesn't affect me so far. So, I am guessing its really not a big deal?

You might have it.
for me its impossible to tell, of course.
So, you need to find out.
Luckily, there are simple tests available, as you have read on that page.
I suggest you do them.

No.

Consuming much protein, you may have them,
but thats not the case on the Wai diet.

Knowledge is power.
If you get to know your body better,
you know better how to serve your body best.
Its essential that you find out.

I do notice the bubbles in my urine. When I started the diet over a year ago, I did notice a change and when I was 99-100% on the diet, my urine would be bubble-free and usually clear in color (because of all the liquids I was consuming). It did take a couple weeks until I noticed the difference.
