Platelet therapy.

What is your thought on this,

Injecting your own blood platelets into the injured area (for me it would be my hands/wrists), to heal it. I've had this repetitive strain injury from playing piano since I was 19, and to be honest it's utterly horrible. Recently it's gotten worse, so I'm looking for fixes again (I looked for years, than gave up, than found the wai diet which has helped, until it recently became bad again.) the only dietary thing for me to change has been switching from commercial not-from-concentrate juice to juice made from frozen concentrate (mixed with water, sugar, OO, and apple, and sometimes an avocado).

Anyway, do you think this is likely to work for me? $1000 is a lot of money, but if it actually fixed my hands it's not a lot of money.
