Cold Fingers

Post by rischott »

It may be due to the 'dry' winters over here in Korea, but I have never experienced this in my life. My finger tips (usually middle and ring finger) become really cold and white and numb, as if no blood is flowing to them. Even when i go into warm places, it takes some time to warm them up so that they are red and have feeling again.
Can this be due to the diet in any way?

It seems to me it has to do with poor blood circulation.
The only way it can be connected to this diet is when you consume too little energy.
Are you losing weight?
