Mouth Ulcer

Post by bbmine »

I have seen an increase in the amount of mouth ulcers I have been getting....
It feels like I been getting them about one a week
I have increased my orange juice consumption.... Usually 2 liters a day
Is there any connection between my diet and mouth ulcers?

It's possible. My thongue for example is constantly peeling and gets red/inflamed at the tip (the area 1 cm around the tip). That's the only issue I have with wai diet.

I never have / had any, even with 4.5 L of OJ daily.
Im guessing it must have something to do with your defense.
Do you sleep well?
Is the OJ you drink from perfectly ripe oranges? (or acidic / bitter oranges)

I think it has to do with acids.
I get those things from (unripe) kiwis.

How to I avoid this? Just let me oranges sit longer before juicing them?
Maybe juice them a week or 2 after buying them?

I love drinking orange juice but if there the reason for my ulcers i will have to stop drinking it

I also always have this inflamed tip at the end of the tongue. I figured it had to do with sugars, cause it tends to get worse if I eat more sugar. But I have this metal thingy in my mouth because I wore bracers for a while, my tongue can't stand this metal. I will have it removed sooner or later, because it is bugging me out. Could also have to do with it.. don't know.

Only juice them when they are perfectly ripe.
You can eat one orange each time to figure out whether the oranges have sufficiently matured.
Only when it taste really good, you can juice them.

Its not the oranges. Its you.
Its you who needs to pick the right oranges to juice.
You best by oranges in bulk. When they are perfectly ripe, you juice them all and store the juice in a freezer.
If you bought enough oranges, you will have enough juice until the next batch or oranges has perfectly ripened.
