Sleep help

Post by Reformedbyfruit »

I struggle with sleeping soundly at night. I feel fine during the day even after 5-6 hrs sleep. Last year I drank about a pint of gin per night for six months and ate a lot of crap. Got sick of living that way and have Been on strict wai for two months with some munch foods within guidelines . Sleep is better but wake up hungry around 4am or so most mornings. Usually can go back to sleep after eating some fruit. I've lost 36 lbs on diet which is good. I'm 6'4 239 now. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts.

Thats common; caused by a lack of energy.
You need sufficient energy to sleep well (for the uptake of tryptophan into the brain, induced by insulin, and for the supply of oleamide)
The solution is simple:
You need to shift sufficient energy from the morning (breakfast) to late at night.
If you eat some fat food or high sugar food during the day, instead eat it late at night, right before you go to bed.
Its just a shift from daytime to nighttime.
