to use info of WaiSays, do i need permission?

Post by johndela1 »

I have read all the material on waisays.com many times. Today as I was rereading the article at http://www.youngerthanyourage.com/13/arteries.htm I was thinking that this is really amazing.

My goal is to one day write a book. The problem is that I am the type of person that gets a lot of ideas but rarely follows through. I'm thinking that I want to prepare an oral presentation and find a place where I can present it. Maybe a local toastmasters meeting.

If I want to use the info in the articles from this site, do I need permission from the author? I would really like to present this to more people.

If I ever get around to writing a book, what would I need to do to use the information here as part of it?

Yes.

Just ask; send Wai how you want to use it (that part of your book that is about it) and she will very likely give you permission.

You belong to a toastmasters club?
Cool. I've visited one and am considering joining!
So did you present the diet during a talk?
I'm curious what the reactions were...
