Touching your face /does it age your face?

Touching your face /does it age your face?

I have a tendancy to touch my face alot.I don't stretch it but, I rub my finger on it alot to see if it is dry or something.Do free radicals and harmful bacteria travel on your hands age your face?

Most people with acne (or used to have) tend 'to check' their face quite frequently.
Its best to leave your skin alone. Not because of bacteria, but to leave the protective layer intact. The longer your skin remains acne-free, the easier it gets to leave your skin alone.
