johndela1: Cooked yolks probably are worse for your overall health than cooked whites because of the cholesterol, no? Both are bad and completely against this diet so it really doesn't matter if one if worse than the other...

Anyway, Someone: Fish Oil capsules are probably made of gelatine so they are a no-no.

And fish oil in capsules is most likely rancid and/or refined. You have no way of being able to tell unless you open up the capsules and taste them. Buy the least processed oils you can, I think wildernessfamilynaturals has a cod liver oil that is only filtered.

I really don't have any idea some people are just ignorant about certain things that comes in their way of living

Btw ive heard that from many people not only him, but my mother just told me something i would never expect to hear from her, she actually knew that eggs yolks was good to eat when raw and that they did change to bad cholestrol when cooked i was suprised to hear that actually...

How many egg yolks should be mixed in with juice everyday?

That depends. Is it the only animal food you eat that day?
As a woman you minimally need 2 to 3 egg yolks and tall men need about 3 to 5 minimally; but a dozen is okay as well (if you are not on the acne sample diet).

If you're getting fish oil, look for the liquid form. The capsules are only 50% oil and 50% capsule. If you want omega 3 you want to be getting very high amounts or your body will absorb nothing, but you then have to be careful about the mercury.
