How to remove blackheads

Post by rafaelo »

you know how sometimes crap is sticking out of the pore?

what's the best way to remove it? squeezing seems a little too harsh and ineffective.

cucumber juice doesn't work that well either.

any suggestions?

That is sebum that has dried up.
Cleansing lotions (or cucumber juice) dont remove blackheads.
The only way to remove them, is by squeezing them, but you need to do that only on a day that your skin is 'really open'; at such a day the blackhead is readily pushed out, and then so will the other ones.
To do it perfectly, first take a steam bath.

if you cant steam bath in your area in a sauna, you can boil water on a stove and then drape a towel around your head over the pot. first take it off the heat of course, and be wary to wait for it to cool down a little bit, or keep your head farther away from it at a good temperature.

You dont have to. Normally, they get rubbed off eventually.
Its a kind of 'skin constipation'; eventually the sebum makes it to the surface of the skin, unless you are not on this diet and the water pressure is too high, which activates the propioni bacteria, resulting in acne.
