Maximum Daily Protein Intake

Post by WaiWay »

Hello,

I had a thought about the protein limit the other day. Why is there a certain maximum amount for daily consumption? Is it something to do with the body sleeping (using the protein maybe?). Also, wouldn't everyone's protein intake be different since we're all different sizes and our bodies may have different individual requirements? Finally, is it important to spread out my protein consumption throughout the day? Does it matter if consume all of it in one sitting? What about time of the day?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Otherwise you may consume too much,
and may still get acne even when doing everything else right.

No.

yes.

Spreading it out, you may tolerate a little bit more.

see above.

Long before physical activity, but not too much in one sitting right before going to bed.

When taking all your protein in one sitting right before going to sleep,
your sleep may be 'restless', but of course, this does not apply to everyone;
its individually very different.

I'm too very sensitive for this.

If I eat within 3 hours of my sleeping time I will sleep alot longer and will wake up tired.

Therefore I only have some teaspoons of honey in the evening, about 2 or 3. I don't eat anything else in the evening.

According to artour, this doesn't happen if you sleep in a train or something else vibrating.
