Since when has it been available? 6 or 7 years or so?

So you've been on the Wai Diet with munch foods until recently then, if I understand correctly?

Wai

Ah; no--

With medications that (because they were herbal) were almost the same story as munch foods. And they went of course completely against much of what the diet says about toxins in plants, etc.

So I suppose I really meant I finally enjoyed the nice ancillary effect of simply eating without complication.

I was out of the woods, healthwise, at a certain point, and it was sudden, and emphatic. So I found myself on the Wai diet completely with all its good effects only after years when my efforts were not hampered by my own willpower, but by the necessities imposed by other problems.

I mentioned elsewhere on the board the one munch food that indeed was somewhat involuntary: that is to say, raw butter and/or ghee.

I wanted it for the cholesterol content and could not tolerate eggs for awhile, and wondered about tolerating raw fish.

So even that was not out of preference.

I still eat it occasionally.

Illness teaches you what you must do, above all.....
