Silicofluorides Free Diet

Post by B-Rad »

WARNING: The author of this post often means silicofluorides when he says fluoride. RRM

I know drinking juice can greatly reduce overall intake of fluoride but the fruits are still watered from fluoridated supplies and the pesticide residues they contain also have significant fluoride. Even some raw meat does.

I was wondering if there is anyway to go even lower because this stuffs been shown to do some serious damage to neurotransmitters in the brain and to the nervous system. Every study thats been done on humans showed significant drops in IQ, cognitive abilities and increased lethargy wherever this was present in the water supplies. Hitler actually used it in his camps to make the prisoners more cooperative and reduce resistance and planned to tactically dump it in the enemies' water supplies before invasions because of it's effectiveness.

These are just links to people expressing what they believe.

They don't make a case for Hitler using fluoride, they just claim it to be so.

"I say this in all earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years research into the chemistry, Bo-chemistry, physiology and pathology and pathology of fluorine: any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person, mentally or physically."

That is a big statement to make. Is there any scientifically gathered data to back this?

like i said every study theyve done shows that it decreases iq and damages proper brain function. Also it probably has some cumulative effects on the nervous system. In fact I dont think ive ever seen scientific research ignored this badly in recent history. Most of the studies have been done on animals but if the effects are anywhere near similar those problems are just the beginning. Heres some on humans

I don't want to sound like a pseudo-sceptic, but to play the devil's advocate, you can't cherry pick studies that show it is bad. There are probably studies that say it is good and others that it is non-determinant.

If it can be shown to a high probability that what these studies show is truly representative, then this is shocking news.

I don't drink fluoridated water or take suppliements but still don't like the fact they someone decided to add something to my water.

If fluoride turns out to be great for us or our teeth it should be taken as a supplement with individuals making the choice...

these studies arent debated though. Theyve isolated all other factors and this has shown to be the sole cause. Fluoride is already banned in most of Europe and Asians have started removing it from their water supplies as well. The only claims to its benefit is that of providing better teeth. And even those are controversial and highly exaggerated.

Fluoride is also a nutrient...

Its also essential for bone health.
Its a nutrient, and as with other nutrients, too much is bad.
You cannot claim that its bad only.
But of course i do agree that flouridation of drinking water was a bad idea.

silicofluorides are very deifferent from natural fluoride. I actually checked some data and it appears fruit juices(pastuerized) dont have any noticably low fluoride content either

Your thread states "fluoride", and you talk about fluoride.
People are easily scared, so let us use the proper name.
I will therefore change the name of this thread from "Fluoride Free Diet" into "Silicofluorides Free Diet".

If you type "Silicofluorides" in PubMed, you will find only 4 scientific publications, and they are all about silicofluoride treated water in the US. (as its forbidden in Europe
Again, fluoride is not silicofluoride. Fluoride is a nutrient.
Yes, i agree that adding fluoride to water, your diet or toothpaste is a bad idea, as too much of if is bad for you, especially for your teeth and bones. But there is no evidence that we ingest too much fluoride from fruits etc.

not in areas where the water supply isnt fluoridated but in areas where it is and they are watering the fruits it should be close to the same levels

So, is there any evidence of too high fluoride serum levels due to consumption of fruits watered with high-fluoride water?

A great characteristic of the human body is that when your diet is very high or low in a certain nutrient, the body adapts the absorption rate accordingly (unless its waaay too much / too little).

i dont know about fruit specifically but apparently the fluoride contents of fruit juices(pasteurized) isnt much different from soft drinks using fluoridated water, etc. I dont know how much of this is natural since i havent checked how much fluoride fruits naturally contain

but there is some evidence that it does build up in brain tissues and increasing rates of dental fluorosis(sign of fluoride toxicity) in fluoridated areas probably indicate the body is not very good at handling it

Again, you are not talking about fluoride.
