Wait, I just read the article in Yoga magazine. It does have some points. I have also read cases of fasting curing epilepsy.

So maybe it is good in some disease cases.

Hi Pisces!

Fasting thoughout history has a long and solid reputation for healing and cleansing.

RRM:
Spending some time in the desert with just some alcohol, may have the same result, but does that mean its good?
:?: Mentioning alcohol in the desert is absurd.

Whether you or I feel Fasting does anyone any good, does not change the fact that there are testimonials, just like Wai has testimonials regarding the Diet, to the positive effects of Fasting- from people around the world, and through the ages.

professor Hans dehmelt linked on Waisays and who I believe applauds Wai in many aspects, references fasting positively. Did I read that you've met him RRM? Or that he encouranged you to submit the book? I have very much enjoyed his writings. I found him by google accident and didn't even know he was linked to Wai.

Are you trying to say that some of your desert friends are alcoholics?
