@ Dime, Thanks!

July 18, 2014
15 clementines (raw, ate them each over a course of 3 hours, not juiced.)
2 dried apricot*(not raw apparently)
1 dried fig*(not raw apparently)
4 dried plums* (not raw apparently)
--------------------------------by raw aytundra (tried “portable” foods today. not paper or keyboard friendly, clementine peels leaves residuals.)

1 bowl of soup du jour
1 piece of fried sweet and sour pork
1 slice of pork belly in fermented vegetables
2 spoons of rice
1 piece of roast duck [not fried chicken]
1 bite of lobster [not crab]
1 piece of roast chicken [not fried chicken]
2 pieces of shrimp
2 broccolis
1 snow pea
1 piece of celery
1 bowl of fried rice
1 bowl of pork spicy meat
4 pieces of pastachio baklava [not pizza]
2 cubes of papaya and white fungi sugary watery dessert
1 bite of vanilla crème 3.25%milk gelatin dessert (created by the guest) [whew that was close, it’s not cheese]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------by social aytundra (went to a restaurant…)
Aurora survived her curses.
Game prompts with new level options:
You have jumped to Level 8: No roast duck, no lobster, no baklava, no milk {Click accept to begin next round.}
Should I click it?
[Raw aytundra trips over the bag of dried fruits, knocks into social aytundra arms, and social aytundra Accidentally clicks it.]

*From another thread dried fruits, raw aytundra is embarrassed to have fed aytundra unraw foods on her watch.
RRM wrote:Ah, they are steamed...

Questions to ask before buying dried fruits:
How much heat dried the fruit?
How much heat rehydrated the fruit?

Thats absolutely nothing compared to all the [not pizza], [not fried chicken] and [not crab]s on your menu.

July 18, 2014 (yesterday’s post should have been July 17, 2014)
3 prunes (left overs from yesterday’s bag, bag is done.)

1 corn on the cob, steamed

35 cherries~

18 pieces of shrimp, pan cooked in avocado oil
4 clumps of veggies, cooked in a pan with water
1 bowl of rice, steamed
+ refused 1 steamed crab.***
-----
***Not a bite. : ) I helped open the shell and everything, but ah it was pure torture.

My mind asked: “Why are you avoiding crab? Would not the choice of oil cooked shrimp vs. steamed crab, means that the crab is the better option?” Replies: “I have a game to play and a promise to keep.”
--- I guess patience trained from opening crustaceans, spilled over to peeling clementines and oranges a few days ago. That's good I think.
--- I think crabs will make excellent subjects for calcium studies. I’ve noticed that the thick shelled rock crabs are more shatterable, than their Vancouver cousins.

Crab? Why are you in Aurora’s game?
Crab: Because the snail desires to go rock climbing. I am a rock crab.

What makes you a cursed item?
Crab: Because I am blue. I am a blue crab

That does not make sense most crabs are blue when raw, you are beige; you turn orange when you are cooked?
Crab: Yes, I turn orange when I am cooked.

Then you are safe to eat, because you are not blue.
Crab: Yes then I must be safe to eat, because I am not blue.

Then it makes no sense for you to be in Aurora’s game. I should have you as dinner.
Crab: As I said, I am only there as a rock crab. I serve as the stepping stone on the skyscraper that grows leaves.

Rocks? But you are brittle.
Crab: What do you mean I am brittle? I have claws!

Have you heard of Alaskan crabs?
Crab: Yes, they are a distant cousin of mines, bigger, more gigantic.

You look like an Alaskan crab with the bigger claws.
Crab: Thankyou, I will take that as a compliment, [Snaps claws]. See, I am not weak and brittle.

But I mean to say you are meatless.
Crab: What!? I too have muscles. I am not like the fiddler’s crab.

Doesn’t matter, a Vancouver crab is better.
Crab: Why? Do you not like rock crabs? They make good ledges on glass windows.

You are not a barnacle. You are shatterable.
Crab: You are going off topic, a Vancouver crab has barnacles.

I mean to say barnacles would stick better on glass windows. Your shell is more brittle than a Vancouver crab.
Crab: How so?

The thickness and density of calcium deposits on a rock crab’s shell makes eating a rock crab harder because the moment you break the shell, the shell shatters into tiny shards of triangular grains of shells coating the meat. Compared to a Vancouver crab which stays in a few trapezoid pieces. From there I can conclude that the thick calcium rich shell of a rock crab is more shatterable than the thin shell of a Vancouver crab. Should Vancouver crabs receive calcium supplements? What would happen?

Crab: So what if you think Vancouver crabs are better? You still can’t eat me, and them. You are cursed. Hahaha I win. You can’t cook me, I am blue.

A conversation with the Crab.
The crab's perspective on why it takes shelter in Aurora’s game, why it enjoys the protected cursed blue status of endangered species list of foods from the 2.0 witch, and Aytundra’s perspective on shells and bones.

1 corn on the cob
8 cherries

Spent 2 long hours peeling 4 thickmembranepeeledoranges, and I ended up only eating 1 orange.
1 orange and then stalled. (I think I have to train myself to increase orange intake.)
1 piece of dried bacon 2cm x 2cm x 1mm

1 yolk*
1 banana*
2 yolks*
2 bananas*

3 slices of pork belly with fermented vegetables, pork was cooked over 2 hours (was it slow? I don't know. Someone else made it.)
4 pieces of 2 x 2 x 6 cm steak baked medium well done, a little pink inside, not burnt
2 pieces of broccoli
1 rice
-----
*This combination tasted good, it is so rich and smooth in texture. I've never had them consecutively after each other, they were not juiced, but it felt like I was eating an icecream at one point. I think yolks reminds me of HaaganDaaz icecream, and banana as a dessert, maybe like a pseudobananasplit. It makes oranges and orange juice seem like water. I think I might switch to increasing banana intake over oranges. I was surprised that I finished 3 bananas today.
Skin looks smoother today, like currently, I am looking at my arms and hands. But it could just be my imagination.

3 oranges (Leftovers, It tasted like a really nice refreshing salad.)

1 piece of 2cm x3cm x 3cm steak (leftovers)
5 pieces pork belly (leftovers)
1 rice
10 cherries

3 yolks
1 banana

250ml5tbspsugarwater
250mlwater~ 2tbsp remaining

2 pieces pork belly with fermented vegetables (leftovers)
4 pieces of fuzzy melon, boiled
1 rice
-----------
Here goes a scene:
"What are all those egg whites in the fridge? What are you going to make?"
--"Umm I will cook them."
"Will you finish them?"
--"Yes, tomorrow."
"Tomorrow, they will rot. Let me finish them for you."
--"Don't cook them with..."
"Why not?"
--"Technically the egg whites will bind with egg yolk, cancelling out a nutrient..."
--"You should eat them separately..."
--"Bad stuff forms when the center is cooked..."
"You ate raw eggs?"
--"Umm yes"
"Raw eggs contain bacteria!!!"
--"Technically..."
"Don't eat that. It causes problems...bacterias...studies in the news shows...eye problems..."
--"It is like those sunshine eggs you saw at restaurant 1, 2, 3. It is quite common that fried eggs contain yolks that are not cooked throughly..."
--[Holds up an empty container of ice cream.]
--"See ingredients, 'liquid yolk'. you ate them too..."
--Thank you ice cream.
--"But I am asking you not to do this and that with egg whites... because it creates the similar bad stuff as found in French fries."
"Well why did you not tell me?"
--"sugar + protein + heat...= ~French fries..."
"What if I cooked the egg whites and cooled them. Then cooked the sugar in water, then added them together...?"
???

0.25 thickmembranepeeledoranges (slices of oranges shared with (plundered by) Others, I am fine with that, It just took so so long to peel…)
250ml6tbspsugarwater
250mlwater~ 3.5 tbsp remaining
2.00 thickmembranepeeledoranges
250mlwater~ 1.5 tbsp remaining

1 cup of Shreddies
1 bowl of potato salad

2 chicken wings fried, fried skin removed ***
2 stalks of cooked broccoli
1 bite of boiled fuzzy melon
0.5 rice
-----
***(95% of the time I always remove the fried skin, of fried chicken, have always done that since I was a kid, not the slime factor but for the dislike of the oily crunch texture. So is it safer? I think it is better without fried chicken skin. I still get pimples though from fast food fried chicken, even when I don’t eat the fried skin. When it is home cooked then that depends on the volume. I think it is about the temperature of the oil, fast food places probably can fry it faster and at a higher temperature. So far no pimple this morning.)
-----
So the diet is not exactly a transparent or an invisible circus act.
I’ve been getting those questions:

Others: “Why are you eating so many oranges?”
‘It was only 3 yesterday and 2 today. Putting it in a salad bowl makes it look like a bigger portion.’

Others: “Why?”
‘The nutrients are more balanced in oranges’

Others: “I agree, my favourite fruit is oranges.”
{Mind thinks: Good for you, you should eat more.}

Others: “Oranges makes your skin turn orange becareful.”
‘I only had 2 today.’

{Mind thinks: Thanks for the warning! But Hahaha, I doubt 2 real pressed oranges (after orange is thoroughly peeled) will turn my skin orange. You should have seen me when I was drinking the garbage OJ or dump juice, they turned my skin to a light tint of orange (or so I imagined), and I bet it was because they juiced it with orange peels, where there are more carotenes and more bitter orange skin compounds.}

50 cherries

1 corn
50 cherries

2 stalks of broccoli
5 pieces of chicken wings, in a brown sugary sauce
8 pieces of shrimp, boiled
1 rice
-----
Another scene:
Others: “You said not to eat egg yolks and egg whites together?”
--'Yes, you won't get the maximum nutrients.'

Others: “How should I cook the egg whites and egg yolks?”
--‘Don't cook the egg whites with egg yolks, also don't cook the egg yolks, leave the egg whites...’

Others: “Just be clear, say it in a positive statement, not a negative statement: don’t tell me how not to cook them.”
{Mind thinks: Okay this is tough, I am talking to someone who believes in cooked foods.}
--‘Just fry the egg whites and add the yolk on top like a poached egg.’

Others: “What will happen if it is scrambled?”
--‘The nutrients will cancel out.’

Others: “So separately then. When do I cook the egg yolks?”
--‘Pan fry the egg whites and then add the yolks. Like those sunshine eggs you get at restaurants, with a runny yolk.’

Others: “What happens with the yolk when cooked?”
--‘You will eat bad cholesterol’

Others: “Just cholesterol? Okay I know what to do.”
[Sees a scrambled egg on the plate!]

Actually cooking the egg white doesn't help that much with the 'nutrient cancelation'. Best to just throw away the egg white if that worries you.

Avidin (egg whites) binding the biotin (yolk) worries me, but not too much. ;) I eat the cooked avidin on non-biotin days. And also to prevent FeS formation. I let the cooked egg whites cool before eating; to not have green eggs (Dr. Seuss was right there are green eggs.) if there are tiny bits of yolk (those eggs I accidently break with the egg shell) left in the eggwhites. Rather the scenes are an excerpt from social aytundra's day.We see an over extension of raw aytundra's bubble. She's trying to make forests. Or at least asking jack and the beanstalk to grow trees, she spills the beans, breaking her silence unlike Mendel, and she tells the science to the Others. They don't like the sunlight. Not necessarily that they are vampires. We are like the vampires; technically speaking consuming liquid nutrients. Hence my postcard signature. The scream is a real piece of art, I love the the painter's name. Munch...haha, his art captured the emotions here.

Raw aytundra made a deal with social aytundra, and social aytundra made a deal with the others, for a monopoly of her eating time.
The monopoly is only for 1 week. If raw aytundra completes all the deal's requirements, then she might be able to extend the monopoly and continue. Or else it is back to writing garbage, because she will have to share eating time with social aytundra.
What volume are you referring to? Volume of words, volume of humour, volume of chaos, volume of foods, volume of nutrients...?
