October 18, 2014 Rule Breaking Version adds not Wai items (-1.10.10)
00:00-9:45 wake,
So I ate grape peels yesterday; no toothache, no pimples, skin still nice, but sleep was tossing and turning past 5am because I can so feel the fibers inside my belly. On brushing my teeth this morning, my spit from the back of my throat had a reddish tint, probably from the colours of the red seedless grape peels; but I brushed my teeth last night?; the alternative logical explanation is that the heater was on too high, drying my throat/nasal passageway.
10:00 4tbsp sugar 250ml water
15:00 1 banana, 56 grapes peeled
16:00 1 banana
19:30 50g wild chum salmon, {Not all 'wild' salmon taste better than 'farmed Atlantic', apparently name matters: I like Sockeye over Chum.}
19:45 1 banana, 38 grapes peeled, 5 steamed rib pieces
21:30 1 banana
22:30 4tbsp sugar 250ml water, 25 grapes peeled

Wtf are you eating grape peels for, they are some of the worst things you can eat, it's like eating orange peels.

Berries are coated with pesticides to protect the crops, which is why the healthiest fruits are ones you can discard a thick exterior and eat the protected inside flesh. Grapes don't fit into this category, but eating the peels by themselves is even worse than eating whole grapes. Furthermore, grape peels are extremely tough fibers (unlike the soft fibers of interior watermelon flesh for example) If you want fiber, here you go http://www.amazon.com/Metamucil-Inulin- ... =metamucil

...grape peels are extremely tough fibers
Ah gentle reader, Thank you for your concern. I was like wtf when I ran through the calculator and found dried fruits. Raisins have peels too!
Agrees Peels contain the possibility of pesticides, dehydration with heat may cause hydroxymethylfurfural, tough fibers, antinutrients ...
Yes, grape peels contains oxalates too.
I was eating whole seedless grapes with peels on each grape. But yeah I agree with you wholeheartedly on that one, peels are bad imo. Though some people think that grape peels and grape seeds contain great antioxidants because of the colourful pigments, it angers me that dangerous (imo) supplements like these exist: common lay people with little science knowledge will not decipher this as bad, OPC / PC-95 Grapeseed extract: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1421
Yes, and those tough fibers might have sloshed in my belly while I slept.
---
This experiment is not about "fiber" between fresh grapes and dried grapes a.k.a. raisins, it is not for belly.
This experiment is about "peels" and their effects on me.
This experiment is about peels between fresh grapes and dried grapes.
This experiment is about trying to get a toothache from peels.
This experiment is trying to say July 27's toothache was not from sugar.
This experiment is trying to say July 27's toothache was not from fiber.
This experiment is trying to say eating much dried peels caused toothache.
This experiment can't be finished completely because I will not have the materials to dry fresh grapes so that I can eat raisins from the same batch of grapes; to see what happens. However, I can conclude that eating grape peels is bad for my sleep, and somewhere between the territory of whole unpeeled grapes and raisin is a dangerous territory for me.

Recaps, I ate: (#, date, --> symptoms)
125 raisins = July 27 --> complained toothache the next morning, along with an acidic feeling stomach, and raisins sloshing in my stomach.
250 peeled seedless red grapes = Oct 16 --> shiny nice skin; good sleep
250+ peeled seedless red grapes = Oct 17 --> shiny nice skin; good sleep
156 seedless red grapes with peels = Oct 18 --> woke up with reddish tint in saliva, maybe it is the pigments of grapes; no toothache, but can feel peels in my stomach or intestines during my tossing and turning sleep.
119 peeled seedless red grapes = ) Oct 19 --> saliva is clear, translucent, no colour; no toothache, sleep still not great but it is probably because I still have peels in me from Oct 18.

Thanks for explaining.
*Aytundra as usual, starts overthinking things and runs off to devise a solution...
Sandwichs and suspends the yolk inbetween water, hopefully less phospholipids will coat the tongue.

October 23, 2014 Rule Breaking Version adds not Wai items (-2.3.13) + a not Aytundra item
23:00-9:15 wake
09:45 1 banana, 1 avocado, 1 banana
12:00 1 banana, 2 avocadoes, 1 orange, 4tbsp sugar 250ml water
15:00 2 oranges
17:00 4tbsp sugar 250ml water
18:45 1 piece of medjool*
21:00 1 piece of sauce drenched braised pork belly (1 x 4 x 3 cm)**, 50g salmon, 1 strand of plain spaghetti*** + 1 more, "3 yolks + 12tbsp sugar + 3 spoons of water, then 100ml water"****
---
* Really tries a date for the first time:
honey coloured, fluffy interior, very sweet,
Surprised that the pit looked like a pecan.

** New recipe, curiosity aytundra had me try it. I didn't like it.

*** spaghetti, well 1 strand for curiosity, 2nd strand for hey i can wolf down a whole bowl... {grrowls...}

****water after yolks with sugar feels very strange and full, {stops thinking of spaghetti, but starts wondering if the water would stay down.}
plain water after sugared yolks does not taste that good, does not go well for taste.
Yesterday's version was better, sugared water before and after yolk tastes better.

0:00 - 9:00 Wake
9:30 3 bananas, 3 avocadoes, alternating bites tastes better.
12:00 50g salmon, 4tbsp sugar 250ml water
15:00 4tbsp sugar 250ml water
19:45 450ml oj mixture = 3 large orange + 4tbsp sugar + 3 yolks *
20:15 19 pieces of raw propeller clams (2 x 2 x 0.5 cm)
---
So this diet is contagious, I made someone drink an oj mixture of 500ml, 3 tbsp sugar, 2yolks; rather it was stolen from me and I had to make another glass for myself.

October 25, 2014 Rule Breaking Version adds not Wai items (-2.4.14)
00:00-8:50 wake
09:00 2 bananas, 2 avocadoes
16:00 1 piece of cheese stuffed pasta, 1 piece of cheese stuffed pork sausage, 1 piece of cake, all pieces were less than 1 x 1 x 1 cm.
18:00 4tbsp sugar 300ml water
19:45 6 pieces of raw propeller clams, 2 avocadoes + roast beef (6 x 8 x 1.5 cm, almost fully cooked with a blush of pink; purposely chose the larger piece because the center of the meat is where it is cooked the least.)*
21:00 400ml oj = 4 oranges

October 26, 2014 Rule Breaking Version adds not Wai items (-2.5.15)
00:00-9:00 wake
09:30 400ml oj = 3 oranges + 4tbsp sugar + 3 yolks, 1 avocado + 1 apple
12:45 4tbsp sugar 250ml water, 1 slice of pizza**
21:00 3 bananas, 400ml oj = 3 oranges
--------
* Hmm, I made someone proud of their cooking skill, I touched the food he made; while for the past weeks I have been avoiding their food diligently.
(They think I am turning vegetarian or something...
- It must be so delicious?!
--- Delicious!
- Obviously, you've had not had a bite of meat for so long.
--- But I had fish!
-- She likes my roast beef. You know a diet should be balanced, you should eat some meats.
- But her skin is shinier.

**-- Delivered the slice of pizza on a pink ceramic plate directly to my computer desk.

Someone with real skin problems that went on tetracycline for pimples, and later a bunch of creams;
She still eats a bunch of junk but dropped rice, 2 weeks after I started the Wai counter,
Both of us avoided rice for ~3 months now.
I guess that might have made it easier for the other 2 people to accept that I eat a little different.
Though she dropped rice totally, but eats everything else that the Others eat.

Unfortunately, her dropping of rice lead to an increased intake of other foods such as wheat and dairy.
I've introduced the concepts to her, no junk, eat egg yolks (she likes it), eat raw, no wheat no dairy, no grains...

It was interesting to watch:
In August initially the first few weeks of dropping rice she ate a lot of peaches 3-5 a day, cooked onions replaced rice (She has always hated rice, I skipping rice gave her the leverage to skip it without the disapproval of Others; as the Others think I am more logical and knowledgeable in what I do, so they generally approve of what I do.)
In September she ate much ham (proscuitto), still loves peaches, eats much yogurt, some noodles, pasta, breads, sandwiches and chips and candy.
In October she started poaching eggs (1 every 2-3 days), likes grapes but too lazy to peel, peanuts, quesadillas, and started making pancakes daily + September's foods.

I started off this diary with her in mind (partially like 10% of reason); though I have wandered off path; she is a pickier eater than me, so some items will have to be removed if I want to prove this to her.

October 28, 2014 Rule Breaking Version adds not Wai items (-2.6.16)
08:30 2 bananas, 400ml oj = 3 oranges
12:00 1 banana
14:00 2 bananas
21:00 100g salmon, 2 slices of roast beef (6 x 8 x 1.5cm), 1 slice of ham (3 x 2 x 0.2 cm), 35 globe grapes (seed and peels removed).
00:30-7:05 Wake***
---
*** Wakes up early? after cooked foods and protein? though not much fiber.
Okay there goes my theory that eating protein later at night makes me wake up later. { whoosh, back-of-paper-napkin-sketch-of-theory flies into garbage can.}
Now that leaves fiber.
Anyways skin is still nice this morning no pimples yet.
-----
So far bananas and grapes are my favourite combo.

Here are a few Day combos, ratios of units/fruit/day, skin effects, energy in day, time, listed at minimum cost (might cost more).
1) banana & grape 3:2 | shiny skin; nice awake energy; needs 1 hr for peeling (limits grapes at night?); $24 eggs
2) orange & tomato 8:4 | nice skin; sometimes hungry; needs 1-1.5 hr for juicing peeling; $22 eggs
3) banana & avocado 3:3 | normal skin; solid energy, might get thirsty; 8min/item snack friendly; $11 eggs

Snack
4) avocado & apple 1:1 or 2:1 | nice balanced snack energy is good for 2 hours, 10 - 15min snack; $8 eggs
