ad 3. If it's non-fortified OJ, then it doesn't matter

As far as I know the ideal vitamin D level range is not known, and might fluctuate depending on circumstances. Of course we Waians already get vit. D through egg yolks.

I am stuck on a question:

Ethylene glycol can be converted to oxalate; that is one more reason why not to eat manufactured bakery foods, because antifreeze in bakery products, for the gooey fillings or humectant to make foods wet.

Could vitamin C with vitamin D increase calcium to kidneys, more so than just vitamin C and D alone?
oj = vitamin C + calcium = * = oxalate source if orange peel juice got into oj. = oxalate source if vitamin C converts to oxalate.
egg = vitamin D + calcium = *
fish = vitamin D + calcium = *
oxalate source = diet containing oxalate-plant foods. unless some other items convert into oxalate (vit C?, ethylene glycol?).

Oopsies, I spoke to fast for the end part, propylene glycol makes these foods, not ethylene glycol. Propylene glycol does not convert to oxalic acids, but ethylene glycol does. So it is okay to keep eating bakery products with the propylene glycol, but oxalate can still be found in the grain component of the baked product (depending on what grain was used). http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/csem/csem.asp?csem=12&po=14

I guess you meant "calcium oxalate to kidneys"?
Yes, extra vitamin C increases oxalate and extra vitamin D increases calcium, and hence the combination may increase calcium oxalate.
But the results from studies examining the effect of vitamin C on urinary oxalate in calcium stone-forming patients are contradictory.
Some studies suggest that (1.000 mg) vitamin C increases urinary oxalate Levine et al, whereas others (at 1.000 to 10.000 mg) do not support this Wandzilak et al Auer BL et al, or show that extra vitamin C may not, but OJ consumption (containing calcium as well) may.Liebman et a
Intake levels over 2.000 mg may not increase calcium oxalate due to saturation of the vitamin C absorption capacity.Toggenburger et al

The issue here is: both endogenous oxalate formation and serum calcium levels are subject to regulatory systems. Particularly the regular uptake of high levels of vitamin C dramtically limits its uptake.
Excess levels are a result of failure to reign in the effects of high intakes. Limiting sunlight exposure (and of course vitamin D supplementation) in white people and preventing excessive calcium intake (which absorption level is less effectively limited) may sufficiently prevent kidney stones.

* I am sure my self-regulation energy levels at this point is taking a dive from the lack of sleep.
Eating crunchy pretzels. I have not had pretzel for like over 1.25 years i think.
So so so crunchy like wow, this is what pretzels really taste-like, uhm there should be a pretzel and chips diet, I will readily sign up for that!

However after 1 hour later I felt stuffed, and bicarbonate-ish feeling, and the after-taste of pretzels lacked protein flavour, it was too bland, like it was missing nutrients?...the flavour that real food has.

Pasteurized containerized concentrated C-oj have a distinct taste different from store/supermarket made orange juice, and fresh orange juice from home. I can clearly tell the difference between orange juice now.
I think if you gave me a taste test with clear unlabelled plastic cups. I can tell you if the juice came from the concentrated pasteurized containers, or the supermarket, or if it is homemade.

Dried Dates
Something which I did not think I will eat, because they are not visually appealing.
I ate alot. Because it taste so much like candy.

Tomatoes:
Vine tomatoes taste better than roma tomatoes.
Roma tomatoes sometimes smell yucky like bleach.

Oranges:
Caracara oranges are sometimes sourer than regular oranges.
Caracara are cheaper than regular oranges.
Is caracara grapefruit related and contains bad stuff of grapefruits?

No, not too much.
The darker yellow is due to the ureum formed during the night, from the protein that you ate before going to bed.
During the night you do not drink anything, so that the ureum does not get dilluted.
Hence the darker yellow in the morning pee.

~~~~~ I had 5 scenes in one dream, it was really easy to recall, but they were disappointing dreams (disappointing dreams are different from a nightmare), in each of those 5 scenes. I added fig and peaches, 2 items that I have not had in a while. I also ended with egg yolks. No avocadoes were involved. Hmm. Fig seeds? Peach content? I don't mind recalling dreams, I don't want them to be disappointing dreams and 5 consecutively? like what? {perhaps it foreshadows you will be eating cooked foods the next day, which you had no idea of. - raw-aytundra; no cooked foods appeared in the dreams - dream-aytundra.}

*** no pimples this morning. I have not tried spicy noodle in a long time. I do not like spicy foods now. It had an artificial spice taste with too much salt. I don't have that craving of having another bowl of spicy noodles, that I used to usually get with spicy noodles. b/c My taste buds are accustomed to bland foods now?

Errors on listing dates in yesterday's post (so silly of me), they should be: Thur Sept 3, 2015, Fri Sept 4, 2015 {I can't count when sept = 3, 4, 7, or 9 depending on how I count. Wed = 3, Thur = 4, Sat = 6, Sep = 3, Sept = 4, Sept = 7, September = 9, always so chaotic at the beginning of the month at least I was not writing in 05/07/15, numerical dates are so confusing, like which day and which month? May 7, 2015?}
