6:30 Wake Up
6:40 500mL Tepid Bottled Water
10:00-14:00-17:00 250mL Bottled Water
15:00 1 Apple
20:00-21:00 2 Avocados, 1 Mango, 500mL OJ + 2 tbsp. OO + 2 tbsp. Sugar, 500mL OJ + 2 tbsp. OO + 2 tbsp. Sugar, 500mL OJ + 2 tbsp. OO + 2 tbsp. Sugar
22:00 1 Brazil Nut (Roasted?), 90g Pre-heated Salmon (marinated with OJ first) + 1 tbsp. OO - I don't know if I can completely consider it Raw Fish :P
22:40 4 Egg Yolks
0:30-6:00(pee)-8:00(alarm, but I felt like sleeping some more since I could)-12:00 Bedtime

---//---

- I pooped this day too (2 days in raw). The shape was quite similar to the previous day though :/... However, a small area from the last stool was softer and smoother!

- So yeah, this day I got some courage and I tried some raw fish. It tasted...good? :O . Btw, how do you cut the salmon? It is so hard! I really have to eat it like an animal and biting it directly from the plate xD. Do you guys know any strategy to cut it?

- It's really weird and curious how my body reacted much better to Raw Salmon  . I still don't get it though why do we become so sensible to cooked foods... I even felt like eating some yolks after it! :P
ha ha, yes, it is usually something that runs in the family and doesnt go away in any circumstances.
I do not know of any remedy.
ooooh.. my mom says that she always had those circles in her whole life. There's the explanation :? . Darn, I was hoping you would know some cure for it ahah :P
I drink it.
Yeah, works very well! Thank you!
What is keeping you?
You know, always the same beginner's fear... But with the experience of the cooked salmon, I have to try it this day! :D
You need to establish what feels most comfortable to your body.
That's a really good question, because I must be honest with you that still don't know what's the best for me...
Its exactly what i do.
Nice! But you don't use toothpaste right? And do you scrub your tongue with toothbrush only?
Try consuming a load of oil with a small salad (of tomatoes, and avocado, for example)
Ok! Can simply increasing the amount of OO be better too?

The only way I can have regular bowel movements, is by making sure I have little stress in my life. For me that is by far the most important factor. I think with stress, there isn't going enough blood or something to the digestive tract.
Now the question is: how to be a less stressful person? :P However, I think food influences a lot in our stress too. For example, me, I was always an anxious person since I was really young. And also, had constipation issues in my entire life. Of course my parents and everyone see it as "ah, I'm always constipated too. Eat more kiwis. Or take these pills or some laxatives and it will cure." Only now, I can say that I am trying to respect my body and see what it really wants. And the sad part of it is that everybody see me as crazy/weird person: "Why you don't want to eat that?! Grow up instead! Stop being a freak and eat it!" :')

If you want to go for the natural way. I would go for yoga, foundation training, infrared sauna, buteyko, getting enough (indirect) sunlight and stuff like that, being outside, making sure to have people around you love and love you.

I can't testify this, because I took some shortcuts here and there to lower stress hormones, but I do think it is possible with only natural ways if you are motivated enough.

The way you are talking, words like spiritualism, enlightment, present moment or Eckart Tolle are missing there :P

Weight: 68.6 Kg

12:00 Wake Up
13:00 2 Apples (1 Prozac pill left)
19:30-21:15 2 Tomatos (small) + 1 tbsp. OO, 2L OJ + 8 tbsp. OO + 8 tbsp. Sugar
21:45 1 Brazil Nut (Roasted?), 120g Pre-heated Salmon (marinated with ACV)
0:30 Bedtime
**!!!** 1:30 4 Egg Yolks + 4 tbsp. OO + 4 tbsp. Sugar, Water + 1 tbps. OO + 1 tbsp. Sugar, 4 bananas, 3 tsp. of Shelled Hemp Seeds
1:45-7:00 Sleeping

---//---

**!!!** viewtopic.php?f=3&p=42569#p42569, I'm sorry, but since it was a critical situation for me, I felt like I should talk about this in the Diet Dilemnas.

- 1 day without going to the toilet

- I think I am going to start to put here my weight everyday. Well, I lost 4 kg already since I started Wai and I kinda want to gain some weight

---------------\\------------------

Wednesday, March 16, 2016

Weight: 68.5 Kg

20:30 1L OJ + 8 tbsp. Sugar + 4 tbsp. OO
21:00 150g Raw Salmon + 2 Egg Yolks (oh yeah!, I only heated a little bit before eating because it was on the fridge. But, in the end, I still ate it cold though xD)
21:10 20g Hazelnuts + 1 Brazil Nut (roasted?)
0:00 0,5L OJ + 4 tbsp. Sugar + 2 tbsp. OO, 3 Egg Yolks + 3 Bananas + 2 tbsp. OO + 2 tbsp. Sugar, 4 tsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
0:30-7:30 Sleeping

---//---

- This day I changed a little bit the order of my food intake. I mean, after drinking 1L of OJ, the next 500mL don't feel so good (and this is not the first time it happens). I mean, I drink it but what I really want or I feel like I want, is some protein instead. And as I mentioned before, I don't feel that well when I ingest so much OJ in a short period of time.
So this day I tried a different way and it actually felt quite good. The only problem is that I started to eat a little bit too late, but I think if I start eating earlier, this is a good way to go :). I've also added 2 extra tbsp. of Sugar for each 0.5L of OJ. I was afraid since the other day  . And jesus, before going to bed I felt I could eat like a monster. I only wanted to eat more and more.

- 2 days in a row without any bowel movement.

Weight: 68.4 Kg (-0.1 Kg)

7:30 Wake Up (wihout alarm)
8:45-9:30 Swimming
10:00-11:30 Walking/Running (had to do some shopping)
12:20 4 Egg Yolks (0 Prozac pills left, yay!)
13:00 1st Bowel Movement
18:00-18:30 1 Avocado + 2 tbsp. OO, 1L OJ + 8 tbsp. Sugar + 4 tbsp. OO, 2 Kiwis
20:00 1L OJ + 8 tbsp. Sugar + 4 tbsp. OO, 1 Brazil Nut (Roasted?)
22:30 2nd Bowel Movement
1:00 6 Egg Yolks, 120mL OJ
1:30-6:30(alarm clock, felt still kinda tired)-11:45 Sleeping

---//---

- Welp, this day my bowels were on strike ;D . I was really happy when I had my 1st bowel movement - almost perfect stool: smooth and soft, altough it had some cracks on its surface. The 2nd bowel movement was different: really smooth soft blobs, but there were some liquids when I was evacuating. In both situations, the color was brown-yellowish.

- Do I need to add some Sugar to the yolks after my post workout meal in the morning or just plain are OK? Only because I read that the yolks can be used to restore some energy and that's not my goal, I guess. Although, I felt pretty good after taking four of them only, no hungry at all on the next couple hours. I just hope this amount doesn't interrupt the autophagy process...

- Yesterday I said that I was going to continue Carbs > Proteins > Carbs sequence, but I was wondering how it could go if I wait a little bit before drink the next 1L and doing again Carbs > Carbs > Proteins. I had to try it, since I normally drank all 2L in a short period of time. Yet, the second 1L still made me feel really full, not comfortable at all. Even after waiting one and half hour... And later, it felt I had no room for Protein, I had to wait quite a while to get 'some space' in my stomach. I think I'm going to do previous order again on the next day.

- When I woke up this day, I feel like I slept really well despite eating so late on the previous day (March 16). I'm feeling with more energy each day it passes :O. Yesterday, I actually felt this way too. I just want to workout and run (when I was shopping I was actually running through the city all the time ahah)

- I have finally finished Prozac withdrawal. Now it's going to take a while to completely disappear from my body... And some symptoms may still appear probably.

- I really have to respect the fat from Avocados... I always think they have a few.

- I think I am going to start to increase my intake on OJ. Tought, after making 2L, I always get lazy to do another 0.5L or 1L . Then I compensate with bananas, don't know if this is a good way to go... Bananas are also ok (even with the fiber), right?

- Oh well, this weekend I had to go to my hometown because of Easter. It was those days that I was with my family... It was a bit hard to deal with it, since it was more than one day. My mum gets sad if I don't accept her cooked food. My father keeps asking me 'wtf are you eating so?'. Also, only my mum saw me doing OJ, but she kept saying that my gallbladder is going to be spoiled. Why do some people when start to drinking OJ or eating too much oranges have consequences in their gallbladder? (I don't if that is what really happens though)
I had to eat some munch food. I think my body didn't react that bad, but when I was eating, I was always trying to 'hear' it if I had some reaction lol.
Social situations are really complicated... I mean, if it is with people that I don't know, it's kinda ok for me. The problem is when the happiness of a person (like my mom) depends on what her son eats.

Honestly, I don't know and I have never thought/knew about this. It was something instilled in me. Since I am ignorant in this world, when people confront me with these situations, I admit that I tremble a bit. In this specific case what happened was that my mom said that her sister started to drink OJ more daily and started to feel really bad. And, of course, my mom seeing me drinking 2L daily, never stopped warning me with this story. As you can imagine, arguing to her that I feel great is not enough for a mother even with scientific proof sometimes. Summary, "eat this cooked food, some 'real' food. So much orange will turn you orange.". And yeah, this is how the talk looks like xD

- I felt a lack of energy around 1:30am. This means that perhaps I should eat more sugar before the salmon (protein) to make a better use of it? Because I'm wondering if my body ends up using the salmon to essentially still refill my energy levels...
