Ok, so definitely no fructose intolerance. Thats good.
How much animal food did you consume (when you had constipation), and how much is it now? (without constipation)

mainly it was raw beef or salmon 100~250g/day
and how much is it now? (without constipation)
about 4-5 egg yolks per day.

So, we dont know whether it is the amount, or the source (egg yolks vs beef/salmon).
Please try eating 6 egg yolks (100 grams) daily for one week,
and then 100 grams salmon daily for one week.
Then you can try eating 12 egg yolks daily for one week.

Only by completing the experiment, we will get definite answers.
If not, it remains speculation.

today is day 4 of drinking various juices and eating 100g of salmon/day...
... very uncomfortable and heavy feeling in digestive tract, bloated belly and I have not been to the toilet for 4 days (before this I went almost every day). Feeling like **** :(

As this is about intestinal issues, it is better not to mix the yolks, so that the yolks are digested optimally.

probably I've made conclusions to early, after bloating, gas and uncomfortable feeling for few days... there was no constipation!
Hm.. I already bought 3 boxes of eggs for next week, so maybe I can increase my protein intake right now? 4 yolks + 100g slow cooked chicken or 4 eggs + 100g raw salmon?
maybe after bigger protein amount my nails and hair will start to grow faster

I dont see why you want your nails and hair to grow faster.
Replication capacity of all types of cells in our body is limited. Growth acceleration speeds up the process of eventually losing the capacity of cell renewal.

Sure, you can try to increas egg yolk consumption.
But again, if you want to make this a proper experiment, dont change anything else (so, no adding of chicken or salmon).
If you want to know something about your body, you need to experiment properly.
If not, this experiment is pointless.
So, first stick to the egg yolks to find out how many you can eat daily without adverse effects.

... by the way, despite more protein, my bloating problems have gone and now I go to wc every single day again :) I'm still on a very low fiber version, mainly juices and animal food. Probably my body only needed time to adjust + I have added more pineapple and kiwi juices it helps with digestion too.
