I have lost count of the days now, but I am still feeling great
on this diet. I have only lost 4-5 kilos form when I started,
which I am happy for because I do not want to loose all
my muscle which I worked hard for :)

I have very very little acne activity in my face. Only very minor
blackheads and small pimples. Like 1-2 a day.

Quite a few brakeouts on my back, and a little on my chest.
These are the places I break out the most. But, happily
all the old red spots are clearing up, and make no mistake,
I am getting better every day! :D

Have had frozen-raw fish the last 2 days.
60 grams.

Today I had like 50 grams and one egg yolk.

Just so you know, some people react badly (acne wise) to dried fruits. Make sure they're sun-dried.

Good to know Oscar! Thanks!

They are all sundried, no vegetable oil added, and all organic.
I do not think my acne has increased since I started adding
these dried fruit to my diet, but today I had rather saggy and
dark lines under my eyes. It might be due to too little sleep
though.

Dark lines can indeed be lack of sleep. Bags under the eyes are water retention. Keep us updated. :)

I am feeling a little depressed because of some scarring from old
acne and actually from I was a kid, having both heavy baby-rash
(in my face, not diaper-rash) and chicken pox. They become
very much more visible now, with no acne to steal their attention :(

My back and chest seem to be clearing up, and I have like 1 supersmall
breakout in my face each day. I think my skin looked better when
having egg yolks than when having fish. I will experiment more
with it later, but I think I will go back to egg yolks for a while now.

Also, I am considering to go all the way and stop washing my face
with soap (I use 100% natural 'Aleppo soap' or 'Dr. Bonners
magic soap with tea tree' at the moment) and try using
only almond oil insted of decleor products on my skin.

I have this also. Its all about acceptance. Accepting who you are. If you are a hetrosexual, then you are lucky because for women looks are not extremely important. Being socialable, confident and fun are :). And you can (like i do) work on all these things :)

Do it. Wash face with low mineral water (i use a spray can for ease). Then add a few drops of almond oil to a wet palm, and spread over face. Easy :)

Hi you guys.

I have not had time to post much lately, due to work
and a demanding private life, but here is a little update:

Nothing much has really happened :)

I mean, my skin is pretty clear, a few (3-4) very minor pinched
pores in the face every day, and a few breakouts on my back and
the neck.

I am planning to do the diet even stricter (no nuts and no dried fruits)
for a few weeks, to see if it can bring further improvement.

I really do not feel 'clean' after washing with water from a simple
plant-sprayer, so I am trying to get my parents to buy
a water filter. We have a private well, so at least our water
has no added chemicals, and is pretty natural, allthough
quite high in certain minerals though, so a filter would be nice.

All in all I feel good, have not cheated once (cheating is
for pussys) and I feel like I am slowly clearing up.

Also, I am learning to live with the little scarring I have
(it is not that much, really) and it seems it is even healing up
a bit :)

Haha! Don't take me too seriously ;)
Not on the pussy-part, at least!

Still, even though I get good results, I am hungry for more.
Results, that is.

I am planning to do a super-duper-100% sample diet
for two weeks, and see where it takes me. If it
gives me good results, I will stick to it for as long as needed,
but if I am in about the same place as I am now, I will try
my own version of the 'ultimate' diet. Lots of Wai
inspiration (it is 100% raw), but with less fruit, some
vegetables and a little more proteins (from eggs and fish, raw
of course). Basically it is Wai with not so much 'short'
carbs, some vegetables (carrot, lettuce, onions and
some other greens) and a little more protein.

I do not think I will be posting much during the next weeks,
unless I get extremely good results and need to brag, or
if my skin sucks, and I need to complain about it ;)

So, I think I will start the super strict diet on the
upcoming Monday, and when two weeks have passed
I will celebrate with my first ever beef tartare, and give
you guys a report on how it went.

Just found out that this first week has been a total
vaste (not really though) because the juice I have been drinking
is heated after all.

I will start the two weeks strict from sample diet again,
form this Monday.

I have been on a pretty strict sample diet for several weeks now, the
only 'cheating' I have done limits itself to:

1. Eating steak tartare, with added salt (this happened over
a month ago, ONLY ONCE). I also ate some onions with it.

2. Having eaten raw walnuts the last week.

3. Having eaten carrots and drinking carrotjuice the last week.

To sum things up, my skin is doing ok. but I do not see the improvement
I was hoping for. Perhaps my goals are unrealistic? I dont know,
but I will continue to follom a 100% raw Wai or at least Wai-like
diet for as long as it takes to clear up totally, because even though
I am not where I want to be yet, I am seeing some improvement.

How is your acne at the moment?

Oscar: At the moment I have very little acne activity in my face.
Maybe 0-4 very very tiny brakeouts every day.

On my back there was quite a lot of acne, until recently, when
I stopped using oil on my back after showering. The skin on back
and shoulders quickly became quite dry though, so I stopped using
soap there, and it seems to be working. Still there is quite some
acne, maybe 3-10 small to medium breakouts at all times, and
a lot of blackheads.

On my chest I also have some blackheads, although there has been a
remarkable reductions of these blakheads since I started the diet.
Also I get the single pimple on my chest now and then.

It should also be noted though, that I no longer work out as much
due to the low amount of protein this diet allows me to eat.
I only work out about once a week, but I will start doing yoga
daily very soon.

Good. It seems that you're doing fine. Just give things time, and keep experimenting like you're doing, to find out what works (better) and what doesn't. :)
