Sugarbarbie's diary

If you are not sure whether you are doing the diet right, create your own diet diary here, so others can take a look at it.

Now... I see that this is your normal tone when responding to posts
Ehrr, so you think my normal tone is insulting?
Or you misinterpret my tone as insulting?
And if it was a misinterpretation, why dont you apologize for accusing me that i insulted you?
I already apologized to you in case you felt insulted by something i said.
I still disagree with you as far as whetgrass or for that matter any vegetable is concerned.
Its totally okay if you dont agree with some of the concepts of this diet.
One of these concepts is that we only eat raw foods that contain little antinutrients. For munch foods there are different standards.
I feel that if you want to eliminate vegetables from the diet 100% then you should rewrite the book
We already excluded all raw vegetables from this diet, except for those very low in antinutrients (like carrots).
As munch foods there is an option to eat cooked vegetables.
I saw in another post that said that carrot juice is ok and why.
Because its very low in antinutrients.
Wheatgrass juice contains much more.
why we couldn't juice wheatgrass and combine it with other fruit juice
You say "other fruit", but wheatgrass juice is not a fruit(juice).
It simply doesnt go with this diet.
Dont try to change this diet. Just accept that you dont agree with certain aspects of this diet. Thats fine by me.
We created this diet and what we created it to be, is just the way it is.
my choice is to consume food that is allowed after the 2 week sample diet.
Everything is allowed. But if you drink wheatgrass juice, you dont do the wai diet; not even the version with munch foods as we selected them. You simply do some modified version of the Wai diet.
This happens all the time on the internet; somebody creates a software program and the next person modifies it and gives it a (slightly) different or similar name. You could name your modification the Why diet, or WaiDif 3.8 or whatever :D
where is the information about anti nutrients in the book?

Hmmm, this discussion, about what the Wai Diet is and isn't, looks quite familiar to me, as I had one myself a while ago. Basically the Wai Diet is explained here: http://www.waidiet.com/thewaidiet.html. You can follow it strict, or include any amount of munch foods in it. What kind of munch foods are better or worse is explained in the Free Acne Book (which isn't the Wai Diet Book btw ;)).

Anyway, this thread is about sugarbarbie's diary, so lets try to get back to that. ;)
