Not that bad.
If it is still soft, it has not reached cooking temp.
Though what effect it will have on your cholesterol metabolism is individually extremely different.
-There is suppose to be some gluten contamination in both buckwheat and oatmeal, but I don't know how ignificant this is, or whether it's only a problem for allegies / celiacs etc.
That's really only a problem for intolerancies, indeed.

So I've ditched the egg-white anyhow. I just felt I was getting too much protein. Now I'm eating

8 eggyolks
250 grams Mackeral
250 grams buckwheat (about).
Oranges (maybe 4)
Apples (maybe 3)
Dried fruit
Ikra (this russian stuff made from crushed vegetables)
Olive oil
Vitamin A (I happened to be low, and a friend had some she didn't use).
Bananas

It's a good combination of cheap, convenient, and healthy for me. I feel a lot better getting lots of mackerel especially, and it's quite cheap here.

Vitamin A supplements, but you have oranges, is that not enough vitamin A?
Bananas, how much now after Mackeral?
Mackeral that gives you B12 and B6.
