It can be many things.
The only way to find out is by eating the same way for a whole week
and then change just one thing.
Only this way you can find out what the essential differences are.
sometimes after eating that the corners of my mouth itch a lot.
I hope this does not mean that I am allergic to pineapple! :|
No, its not.

As per wiki:

Pineapple contains a proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which breaks down protein.

This is what is causing the burning sensation you are experiencing. It happens to me too. The key with pineapple is to make sure that it is truly ripe when you eat it to avoid this sensation.

@Oscar,RRM

I've noticed that when consuming unripe acidic fruits, even oranges, I seem to get dehydrated really easily. Why is this? Surely there is just as much water in unripe/ripe?

Again, I'll give this one a try, panacea.

Unripe fruits contain more toxins, which the body will flush out. My guess is that the extra toxins cause a change in the permeability of the intestinal mucosa, to block entry of the harmful substances, unfortunately entry of some water must be blocked too. An extreme reaction would be diarrhea, but I imagine dehydration is a starting point. That is why the diet recommends to consume ripe fruits only.

I don't enjoy unripe fruit as much, so I would tend to eat/drink less which could also lead to dehydration.

Dehydration can also be a sign of something else going on in the body.

Today I have been keeping 100% wai for exactly 1 month!
I'm so happy and proud!! :D

My skin looks much better, I have only red marks left and stubborn blackheads which decrease slowly when I eat very very little, very very often, and seem to increase/stand still when I don't.
I think that it is almost impossible for me to do this right without juice.
But I don't think I could do without eating anything at all and only drinking juice so I am trying to figure out how much of a fruit I can eat at time without causing sugar spikes. Apparently for me this is the most important thing.

And also it is sooo amazing what a magical food egg yolks are! I was depressed for some days without any reason, to the point of crying even though nothing had happened. I had only eaten like 1-2 egg yolks for some days. I just didn't think it made such a big difference! And then when I ate 4 yolks again my mood was all good again. It's like a happiness spell or something! And besides, my mum had made a stew for my brothers which smelled soo good and I when I smelled it I wanted it sooo bad, but then I ate an egg yolk and I didn't want it anymore AT ALL! Yay!

Today I made a special juice to celebrate:

mini juice recipe
mix together this with a spoon:
• 600 ml orange juice
• 2 very very sweet juiced mangos
• 1 mashed banana
• 5-6 table spoons olive oil

This juice was so perfect! Instead of putting sugar in the orange juice I mixed it with the mangos because they were just too sweet to drink on their own! The mashed banana made it a little bit more "smoothie-like". :)
