I went to check my weight after shitting and realized I have lost about 5kg! Will eating more fat help? I used to consume 4 to 5 tablespoons of OO with a cup of OJ. I reduced it to 2 tablespoons since a few months back. I wonder whether that's the cause.

You dont just need extra fat, you need extra energy.
Weight loss is caused by consuming too little energy.

Fat is still energy, isn't it? Will eating more egg yolks help?

Sure, but the weight loss is generally caused by a lack of glucose in the blood / glycogen depots,
not by a lack of fatty acids.
Make sure you consume lots of very small meals, to keep your blood glucose levels up.
How many times a day do you eat / drink something?

A typical day:

- A banana or mango after waking up
- Sip from a cup of OJ + 2 tablespoons of OO for 1 .5 to 2 hours
- Sip from a cup of OJ + 2 tablespoons of OO for 1 .5 to 2 hours
- Sip from a cup of OJ + 2 tablespoons of OO for 1 .5 to 2 hours
- Sip from a cup of OJ + 2 tablespoons of OO for 1 .5 to 2 hours
- Sip from a cup of OJ + 2 tablespoons of OO for 1 .5 to 2 hours
- Munch on raisins for the rest of the day
- 3 to 4 egg yolks/100g salmon

I just had the worst constipation of my life. I normally shit every 4 days but today's shit was the seventh day! It's as if a pipe was shoved up my ass. Simply horrible!

What could possibly be the cause?

or simply constantly sipping juice (much more than 5) during those hours?

Maybe your intestines dont fancy the raisins.
Can you try to go without them for a few days?
(to see whether that makes a difference)

I sip constantly from a cup of OJ for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Then I rest 5 minutes or so before continuing the cycle again.

For the past week leading to the constipation, I did not consume any dried fruits. These are the food I consume:

- watermelon(There were two days where the only fruit I ate were watermelons)
- sucking juice from orange segments(might have ate some fiber too)(I was lazy to juice. Instead I cut the oranges into 8 segments and suck the juice from them)
- olive oil
- hazelnuts(I only eat about 15 for about 2 hours on one day only)
- Egg yolks

I would eat more egg yolks and less hazelnuts if constipated..

There is hardly anything in watermelon, juice, olive oil and egg yolks
that needs to be deported from the body,
so that there will be hardly any bowel movement if you consume only these.
As panacea suggested; leave out the nuts for a week and see what the effects are for you.

Oh yeah, I also remembered, for me, I used to be constipated mostly just by the way I was using the bathroom, in my opinion, the traditional western society toilet with feet on the ground is improper posture for the alignment of the colon. I use a stool (upside down laundry basket) for my feet, which helps align the colon, more like 'squatting' than 'sitting' to defecate. That seems to help especially when combined with this diet.

Again, it's not exactly 'constipation' when you suffer from this device (poor defecation posture), it just feels like it because not everything gets out :D

Also, try drinking extra water for a while just to see if that might be a factor.

I noticed a pimple just above the left side of my lip today. I did not consume animal food the day before. How is this possible?

Did you consume any munch food recently?

After that 7th day constipation, my next shit was on the 4th day(which was okay) but now it's back, this time on the 8th day! The first two chunks were a little hard to pass out. These were the food I consumed:

- About 4 to 5 cups of OJ each day
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil with each cup of OJ
- 1 Mango
- 3 Rockmelons
- 3 Avocados
- 750g of salmon with skin on
- 4 egg yolks from the 800g carton
- 6 egg yolks from the 600g carton

My weight is also still the same(probably lost a further 100g) despite increasing my olive oil intake(5 table spoons instead of 2). I don't feel hungry and I am alert and aware of my surroundings. I am able to concentrate on my computer tasks. Which is why I simply don't understand why I am losing weight! I am trying to gain back the 5kg that I lost. Or is my current weight the 'set-point' weight? But a year ago, my weight was 3 to 5kg more. I have been on the Wai diet for roughly 1.5 years.
