Quelque questions !

Post by Nina75 »

Samuel: Good evening MRR, I have several questions to ask, I'd like to start if it is possible to have the body of the plan:

http://leblogfitness.com/musculation/le ... ht-club-39

Knowing that I am sensitive to acne and that I only take 6 egg yolks a day with orange juice, oil and sugar (unlimited all day and during exercise)

Here is the program has followed Brad for the movie (Internet source) I am not his friend for confirmation of this program but many site say it's the program:

Training each muscle group for the first 4 days of the week
Cardio and rest for 3 days. Rest allows the muscles to grow while the cardio helps burn up fat, that's what has allowed Brad to be as dry.
Each exercise consists of three sets of 15-25 repetitions (with a weight for performing this number of reps.

Monday: Chest

3 Series 75 pumps
3 Series of bench
Nautilus press 3 Series
3 Sets of incline
Series 3 machine peck deck

Tuesday: Back
3 sets of 25 push-ups taken supination
3 Series seated rows
3 sets of high pulley draw potrine
3 Series T Bar

Wednesday: Shoulders
Arnold press 3 Series
Series of three side elevations
Series 3 front elevations

Thursday: Arms
Series 3 machine preacher curl
3 Series
3 Sets of EZ bar
3 Series of hammer curls
Series 3 low pulley (triceps)

Friday: Abs
..............................

I remove the cardio because for me this system alone is responsible for fat burning surface. So as you can see it's a different muscle group each day, so it leaves a week of rest to the muscle. For MRO cons I'm worried I'm posting my first message on this thread and I see a post like What sport could cause acne?! It's already very hard to be a hundred percent every day life is RRM hard sometimes, yes it is I'm not sick, I have a lot of energy, muscle that is emerging more quickly that before but sometimes it's not easy and to see a post that says that playing sports is not good it's really not very pleasant. What should be? One does not sport? we see no friends? That is thin and it looks down? Because this system is very well but when I did not do weight training I was very thin it could be scary as whenever I do any little workout I take very quickly (that's what I ' have noted). Enlighten me MRR should therefore not do anything to be on .... Finally say that eating a huge burger is bad for the skin that everyone agrees and that is to say, but say that lifting weights is bad because of testosterone I do not understand .... and it irritates me a little, sorry but I was happy to MRR started the program and bam I came across a fucking post that says strength training is not good and after I have my doubts, and when you have doubts on stress and when stress ..... Here is great. Finally ok maybe 2 hours to do strength training a day and then take protein drinks in large quantities so it can cause acne, but my program is 20-25 minutes per day and a muscle group. I'll have to ask you what is on MRR in terms of fitness for the skin because I am sensitive and will not be in doubt. Sorry to take your time MRR.

For weight training it takes to be a 100 percent clear. And last question I know you're on this diet for 95 and you practice weight training do you have the same body as my link above? It's really unfortunate that my eyes have seen the position of the artist.

Good evening

http://leblogfitness.com/musculation/le ... ht-club-39

Bonsoir

Thats great.
to see a post that says that playing sports is not good it's really not very pleasant.
That only is true for a minority of people, if their hormone levels are affected.
Normally, there is no such effect.
... and it irritates me a little
No need to.
Probably, you are safe working out.
Working out is perfectly fine for me and for most of us.
do you have the same body as my link above?
Not the same, but similar, yes.

Hey thank you for the answer MRR, there will in fact tjs I did some weight training and I even remarked that I better mine a nice complexion and I stunted (it will be hard to translate puny: you know the lack of light in the face, blade faoit) but when I did a workout I look in great shape, good posture and face brighter finally after it's different for everyone but as I started the workout said in the message before I wanted to be on right now I am more and thank you for this body type is compared to what I read very well relative to what you say because I read that you work one muscle group per day for 10-15 minutes very intensively which is the body for fight club brad more or less and is also a motivation to do more cheating because sometimes I cheat like a once every 2 weeks but it seems to me there to have that body size it is important not to cheat! So it's motivating! Oh and I came across an article I think you (photo with a glass of milk on a tray lloolll) if it is you have read on this board that you had 46 years on the photo you are 28 years!

thank you

Merci

Samuel: One last thing MRR I return again to the charge and would like an honest answer from you, I wonder if it is possible to have exactly the same body that cut Pitt in Fight Club by taking only 6 as yellow I unfortunately can be quite sensitive in some years I could have more protein but for now I have six yellow but I drink juice with unlimited oil and sugar up so that I can never run out of energy not restricted to fruit juices and of course, just 6 up yellow ...... Voila .... Then I find a good site (I have several and I find is the famous Pitt program to fight and I think it's really very perfect resemblance to WAI finally what I've read weight on the topic, note that said he was running 1 hour 1 hour on Friday and Saturday that I do not take into account the cardio because as I said above that the diet of the fat load and retention of Water well, and of course in the end it shows that Pitt was eating before the shooting and during his training and of course it is not considered personally finally compared with the diet which is why I do not believe too because I agree with you totally eliminate fat and water retention it is essential to be very strict and the body of Pitt in fight club and just perfect as it can be read anywhere and just as he had a rate of 5-6% fat so I do not believe too that the diet he has followed from the link I'll put you, you think he lied spineless keep secret the Power of Pitt? For he says 6 meals a day (ok that's good for ...) finally I sip every 15 minutes and as much fruit to manage my energy, protein, and say okay turkey, chicken, eggs, bread with cheese ....? But I know it's not right at all to get rid of any grease and water but if Pitt has to eat like that how you it done to be so torn?

http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/1 ... diet-plan/

Good one moves a little but I RRM advice from an expert on it, in any case the program and a great group per day for 15-20 minutes maximum, quiescence during one week, note that I replaces the heart by an abdominal session on Friday and Sunday long walk in Paris.

Is this possible with only 6 yellow and unlimited juice and fruit with olive oil of course?

thank you MRR and very nice evening everyone.

http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/1 ... diet-plan/

Yes, it is, as its more about not retaining too much water and fat, than it is about maintaining great muscle mass.
Still, you need to do everything else right.
Most importantly,
1. you should never lack energy, because that eats away your muscles.
2. minimize long lasting physical activities (walking, running, swimming etc for hours).
that said he was running 1 hour
Thats not optimal for you, as you need to focus on keeping your body in a metabolic state (rather than katabolic).
If your protein intake would be high, that would not be an issue, and running would be fine.
... just as he had a rate of 5-6% fat
You dont need it to be that low if you dont retain too much water.
you think he lied spineless keep secret the Power of Pitt?
Actually, there are many ways, on many diets to get in shape like that.
Whats important for you is to know how to do that given your situation and on this diet.
Is this possible with only 6 yellow and unlimited juice and fruit with olive oil of course?
Definitely.

Définitivement Merci MRR, allon-y !!! Let's go

No I'm not a fan of sport that lasts a long time I prefer short session weights 15-20 minutes per day, if I walk only on Sunday.

Thank You MRR

Nina: Hi RRM, I had to ask Samuel to ask before but I forget what is better between a sauna and steam room (I do not know if you understand with the translation) but there two things: Sauna and hammam and I know what is best, everyone said the steam because the sauna is hotter and more stifling, but I want to be on, here, thank you, take your time it is not urgent, good evening.

Questions

Post by Nina75 »

Samuel:

Hello everybody, I post a message to be sure I'm on the right track, here no problem with the system everything is clear and precise (especially for some months where I finally included white sugar in large quantities if I could not have taken I think!) I return to you and MRR for 2 weeks because I am enrolled in a health club (fitness work-out) and I wonder if I'm on track for what I want and safely. I want to say that I often do weight training but for only two weeks and I really focuses the above I have already taken the muscle and I'm torn. A few shots but my goal and have the body of Tyler Durden (Fight Club) in six months. These reasons for staff and especially to show someone that this is entirely possible on a diet like that! The ignorance and stupidity of a person has managed to motivate me tremendously to get results. (The kind of person who tells you to take lots of medication when you have a cold one and eat well-cooked meat with a glass of milk to be healthy! How sad, in short, let's go (in the details so that it's accurate)

- I go to the bathroom 5-6 times a week. Ideally the evening! But because of my work in the morning sometimes!
- Group 1 muscle a day to give him time to recover the rest of the week, sometimes two up when I need to spend my (very good for stress)
- After the gym I end with a sauna and steam room to relax and stretch me.
- Before and during weight training I always water + sugar + oil, in the best case orange juice replaces the water but as I work a lot and not too time is very often water + sugar + oil for body building (is it ok?) at home can orange juice and fruit juice (Versapers hurrom: D)
- Always, always and always sipping orange juice with sugar and oil / water or oil + sugar + for energy and pay attention to the muscle. I think by reading this forum you understand the importance of sip and sip and sip for energy!

My questions are on proteins: ideally for me I would do my sport in the evening around 19 pm but because of my work is not much time as possible so my question is if I lift weights in the morning it is necessary that j 'wait until the evening to eat my protein or immediately after training? Knowing that if I eat my protein I would be what happens quietly for two hours, I understand the need to remain calm after proteins do not worry!

Note that I sip / drink constantly to prevent energy loss and muscle breakdown, that's what I learned by reading this forum!

Is it possible to get a body like tearing Durden being on this diet and limiting protein intake to 150 grams maximum (I'm a little sensitive, my skin tolerates but I prefer 200 grams 150 grams with yolks egg in a bowl because can withstand even 250 grams of salmon but I notice that after 200 grams I'm widely open and my body feels disgust for the fish! You voyer what I mean? I even thought of you when I felt that my body was telling me that's enough stop but I was in shape and not at all big belly but away from my body told me stop and you have said several times, listen to your body! True! So I set 90-150 grams of salmon which is perfect for my budget and my body). My consumption and 90-150 grams of salmon over the 1-2 egg yolk in a bowl. My intake of sugar, fruit juice and oil in them and when ilimiter course, as often as necessary! When I lift weights often and often I drink water with sugar and oil and once I finished, I sip in the locker room still sugar, etc. ... I was filled with good eating protein, which they arrive about two hours after the maximum weight. Time of the sauna, shower, go home and eat or proteins. Here again I hope the translation is correct and I wish you a good evening and thank you.

Samuel :

Samuel wrote: - Before and during weight training I always water + sugar + oil, in the best case orange juice replaces the water but as I work a lot and not too time is very often water + sugar + oil for body building (is it ok?)
Yes, its ok. In my exerience the water+sugar+oil works very well when working out.
Of course, its better to maximize juice intake, and minimize sugar intake.
Make sure that when you dont exercise, you drink real juice, for the nutrients,
and then no sugar, because you already had sugar with water.
My questions are on proteins: ideally for me I would do my sport in the evening around 19 pm but because of my work is not much time as possible so my question is if I lift weights in the morning it is necessary that j 'wait until the evening to eat my protein or immediately after training?
Then its best to split your protein intake in 2. Half in the morning, immediately after exercise,
and the other half in the evening.
Note that I sip / drink constantly to prevent energy loss and muscle breakdown, that's what I learned by reading this forum!
Make sure to always use a straw, to protect your teeth.
And if possible, to rinse with water after drinking orange juice or water+sugar+oil.
Is it possible to get a body like tearing Durden being on this diet and limiting protein intake to 150 grams maximum
Yes, its possible, but it very much depends on how much rest you can take during the rest of the day (and how much sleep, of course).
Your body needs physical rest to be able to build your body. If you remain physically active all day, there is a lot of breaking down (of muscles) going on.
I notice that after 200 grams I'm widely open and my body feels disgust for the fish! You voyer what I mean?
Yes, i understand.
Here again I hope the translation is correct and I wish you a good evening and thank you.
Its perfectly clear.
Good evening to you too.

Thank you for the answers on the last white sugar, I know that it is okay to take without problems, all the answers are in this forum but this is the amount I am talking about, I take a lot and very often can be 200-300 grams of white sugar (when really I can not do otherwise) but I eat a lot and I wonder if it could risk causing long term? Years later? In my body supports very well every time, it gives me energy instantly without any problem but I digestion takes a lot, about 350 grams in 2 days, never run out of energy I take the possible and I know that anyway if I take too much my body will tell but so far it's perfect. Does taking too much sugar can be dangerous in the long term or no risk? That is all, I said that since I take a lot of white sugar my weight is stable, high energy, easy weight etc etc. Finally the benefits.

Well, to tell the truth MRR my energy comes from water + sugar + oil because it suits me perfectly, it's very fast to be in, very convenient too, I am sure both eat a lot apple and such thing in the morning I'm a big orange juice and in the evening after sport a banana juice with versapers, but the day is still water and sugar apple and if I'm quiet . Here, if the evening when I have time always orange juice or juice Versapers. This is correct for water is drinking heavily the day, all evening fresh salmon + 1 yellow.

No restrictions on white sugar? It put me in great shape!

Thats about 800 to 1600 kcal, which ismay be too much,
because then the bulk of your energy comes from sugar,
which contains no other essentiual nutrients.
So, please consume less sugar and more juice.
about 350 grams in 2 days
Thats a different number.
In my experiences, the energy coming from sugar and oil combined should not exceeed 25-30% of your daily energy intake.
since I take a lot of white sugar my weight is stable, high energy, easy weight etc etc. Finally the benefits.
Yes, these are the benefits, but you need to make sure you get enough of all nutrients,
so please submit your version of the diet to the nutrient calculator.

Apple contains little nutrients.
Oranges, mango, cantaloupe, tangerine, peach, avocado are much better.
