:D Ha ha!
My wife also has an Instagram account, with loads of pics and videos

I don't know whether i have mentioned this before, but all kids (except Rose) love to indulge on raw ground beef (bought in the supermarket Albert Heijn)
Roel and Lynn, don't even want it to be a little bit warmed up in the oven; they just want the 'real thing'; 100% raw.
Trix prefers the minced beef to be warmed up a bit.

RRM, do you think they still would be eating the same amount of ground beef if you won't add any salt or spices?

Maybe not the same amount, as salt is an appetite enhancer. But they do start eating from it before any salt or spices has been added yet.

RRM, how much juice do your kids drink/day? Is it still about 2 liters? How much oil do you add/liter?

Thank you! One more question, do you add any sugar to their juice? In that case how much?

They are so perfectly adjusted that they simply don't need it.
They normally can handle pure juice once they are about 1 years old.
(they may throw up the juice when younger)

why you allow your kids to eat industrial ice cream and cakes? Is it no longer an addicted or "bad food" regarding health? Do you set any boundaries?

They ate cake only 2 times in their entire lifetimes (that's once for Rose)
I only let them eat icecream that contains less than 2% protein.
Yes, plenty of boundaries.
