Yes, I know and they both are adorable :)
Hmmm... just interesting, but what they going to eat at school?
or for example, at their friends birthdays parties?

Once they are able to understand, I will try to explain them what the influence of cooked foods is.
All i can do, is hope that they will opt for the way daddy eats.

It is great when there are people around you that supports you and your chosen lifestyle.
My boyfriend and especially his parents don't even want to hear about raw food diet for children.

I can imagine it must be very hard.
Im very lucky that my mother-in-law supported me in giving my children fresh raw egg yolk,
which she did because in Ghana its a medication for sick / weak children in traditional medicine (my wife is born in Ghana).
Then it was a small step towards raw fish and meat.

My daughter:
When she goes to sleep and during the night my daughter drinks 1200 ml of banana-orange (400 ml banana, 800 ml orange juice),
plus 2 to 3 egg yolks mixed in (in the first of those drinks).
She usually drinks 400 ml in one sitting.
During the day she drinks another 400 ml of banana orange right before her mid-day nap.
In between she eats small meals of raw salmon (50 grams) and slow-cooked lamb or (or raw) beef (50 grams).

My son:
He drinks about 1000 ml of banana-mango in total (330 ml banana juice, 670 ml mango juice), in small bits (about 80 ml in one sitting) throughout the day and night,
about once an hour when awake.
At night he also gets 2 to 3 egg yolks mixed in.
That's all.
He never wanted to eat (anything), only drink, until yesterday, when he first ate raw salmon.

Because their mama is from Ghana (different vitamin D metabolism), they also get vitamin D drops once a day.

thank you for sharing rrm!

some qns regarding the baby boy:
- how long does he take to finish a cup of juice?5 minutes?
- whats the longest period of time he go without eating?
- what time does he go to sleep? what time does he wake?
- does he eat at night between 7pm to 12pm?
- does he wake to eat between midnight to sunrise?

i believe a humanbeing is the most natural when they are a baby especially without the interference of cooked foods. in asking those qns, i hope to be able to emulate their behaviors and return to a state of purity.

thanks rrm.

Something like that, yes.
- whats the longest period of time he go without eating?
2 hours during the day.
4 hours during the night.
- what time does he go to sleep? what time does he wake?
That differs, but it may be at 11.00, 14.00, 17.00 and 20.00
During the day he usually only sleeps about 1 hour. (his sister sleeps for 3 hours in one go during the day)
- does he eat at night between 7pm to 12pm?
Yes
- does he wake to eat between midnight to sunrise?
Yes

Well, my daughter's sleeping and eating pattern was not the same,
so im guessing there are individual differences.
Also, their sleeping and eating pattern is not 24 hours based, like ours.
That's because everything is happening at a much faster rate in babies; heart beat, growth, metabolism etc,
so we cannot equate whats natural for adults to whats natural for babies, I think.
Newborns may have a 1 or 2 hours cycle, which will lengthen to 3 to 4 hours,
and eventually (as a toddler) to a 24 hours cycle.

I actually don't know, as I cannot find any nutrient data for mango juice or banana juice...
It may be something like 1100 to 1400 kcal.

My daughter was breastfed for 1 year, and my son 11 months.
Mama didn't stop breastfeeding, but both children refused to drink at that age.
Both made gagging imitations each time mama tried to continue breastfeeding.
Somehow they preferred drinking juice with egg yolk at that point.
Weird, isn't it?
