Yeah you can.

The general advice about protein btw is something like 0.8 * your weight in kg = ~50 grams protein for you I guess.
Note: this is minimum and in the initial stage: later, and if you're very active, growing, having a baby, etc. you may need more.
So put your foods one day into the nutrient calculator and see if that gives you enough protein.

... and frozen herring (NOT salted)?

So on acne sample diet women can maximally eat 50 gram (1.8oz) raw fish?

50g raw fish = 11g protein/day

On Wai diet woman can eat 230-240g raw fish = 50g protein/day ?

The only thing with frozen fish is that the water from thawing contains higher levels of bacteria,
so make sure not to use any of that.
After thawing, rinse the fish off with tap water.

Thats particularly important for acne, in the initial stages.
Later on they are advised to increase that.
On Wai diet woman can eat 230-240g raw fish = 50g protein/day ?
No, 50 grams of fish,
but as i said, thats only the inital stage (for acne).
You (for cellulite) may now eat about 100 grams of fish daily.

Can too much fiber cause water retention and small pimples on my forehead that i just cant seem to get rid of??
I am 100% Wai. I do not drink OJ, it is too expensive (10 oranges/day), I eat a lot of fruit ( especially apples).

Do you have digestion problems, stomach ache or similar from the fiber?
Maybe put all that you eat in one day to see how much fiber it is.

I'm so confused right now, here are my blood test results:

2011-12-09 (After stupid atkins diet) total cholesterol: 8,39mmol/l (normal range...5,2)
2012-03-15 (After mediterranean diet) total cholesterol 6,4 mmol/l still too high!

2012-09-21 Today, (5 months after mediterranean diet ( I was eating a lot of raw dairy) , 1 month after 90% Wai and 3 weeks 100% Wai) total cholesterol: 5.89 mmol/l
Not what I was expecting :( it is still high, but why? Need more time? Eggs from supermarket are bad? Raw salmon, from Norwegian Salmon Farms, are bad? Too much yolks? olive oil? ... now I am afraid, is this a healthy diet.

Give things more time. Some changes happen slowly (and rightly so). :)

Yes, cholesterol normally takes more than half a year if you do a dietary change! It took my mother 3 years to change her cholesterol back to normal. It was sky high and she refused to take medicine. She was on a diet of alot of vegetables and grains. Something that would be considered perfect according to the current believes in health. She stopped the grains and started to take only olive oil, real butter and coconut oil and she is now at the healthy range. She also lowered her dairy consumption.

I would stop with taking those kind of amounts of apples though. Those are alot of apples and apples and grapes, and both have a lot of pesticides in them (they rank the highest!). Why don't you go for some dry fruits as prunes and apricots (organic? Chew thoroughly though), those are pretty cheap too. Or more oranges and bananas.

Btw, your fructose is sky high. It's better to have a 1:1 balance of fructose : glucose. This tends to create a lot of energy troubles in the short and long term.

Oh, please tell me where you found that nutrient calculator? I would love to see such a nice gathered information picture of my diet.
