August 1 - 24, 2016
Brief summary
cakes (3 slices)
(no hamburgers)
pineapple
jackfruit (2/3 of a large one, never buying it again, so hard to open, it is gluey and sticky to open)
doughnuts (<2)
pizza (4 slices)
ice cream (8 icecream popsicles)
1 ice cream cone
edamski cheese ( 80 g x 3 per week x 3 weeks)
kolbassa ham (various brands (turkey, pork) I prefer turkey over pork as it has a cleaner meatier taste but both has that artificial salt taste that get's tiresome after a few bites, 2 inches x 3 per week for 2 weeks, last week I skipped ham and stuck with cheese)
water (something has to get rid of the salt)
tears {got to cry all the salt away}
pretzel sticks (3 bags of 400 g)
bread ( a few slices)
1 beef patty (2 days ago)
oranges
C-orangejuiceMntMd-MS/LA (5 containers)
banana
peaches
figs fresh (10 - 16 small)
almond (10 pieces)
walnuts (10 pieces)
egg yolks
restaurant meals too long ago to retrieve from memory, wait I remember one of them, I tried a new dish at a Vietnamese restaurant it had a rice wrap, with rice noodles and beef fondue thing that you can make at the table, I didn't like the taste of raw veggie leafs (mint, veg2, veg 3, veg4) it had too much of a leafy garden taste, eating the leafs individually I just spat it out, in the wrap though it could be ignored, but the carrots and cucumbers and beans sprouts were fine.
homecooked meals can't remember
salty ham, supermarket brand (4 days ago, 2 slices, absolutely gross, kolbassa felt like it had more real meat than the supermarket blend)

Notes:
- cheese was non irritating to my toothache, but the salt was too much.
- pretzel sticks are a no-no for a toothache or sensitive teeth, the food or the food remains turns exceptionally sour in the mouth
(I should have known, I reacted much the same way to Beef Patties (mainly pastry + bread crumb as filler ingredient, so that is mostly a bread product than a source of meat)).
(I also react the same way to bread to a certain extent).
- got 1 pimple on fore arm, in additional to few on face (what? i thought pimples were just for face)
- I can not get my brain to remember much, my brain was running on low sleep of about 3.5 hours 3 times a week Mon Tue, Thur evenings, and then sleeping in on weekends, Wednesdays, Monday, every moment I got. It was terrible. [Remember I figured out I need about 10 hours per day? Yes, definitely super low batteries for the brain these past few weeks. I think in all sanity, humans should allow teenagers and young adults and adults to sleep, make it mandatory like school and work, and make them get paid for sleeping. So important, and much unappreciated on average in the modern world.]

School/placement stress + toothache + lack of sleep + junkfood = 3 weeks terrible [not happy, not a place I want to be in]

Just a note to students:
If you see the majority of people taking naps and sleeping on their lunch hour (literally <55 min b/c you have to get your toes back inside a room), then that workplace is probably highly stressful, and detrimental to people's health.

I later found out a term for what that it is called, it is called "rotational shifts".

9:49
10:00 2 peaches, 250 ml water
12:00 3 peaches, 7 almonds-sp
17:58 3 pieces salted almond dark chocolate {acid taste}
20:00 3 chicken drumsticks, 500 ml soup (onion, tomato, green pepper, chicken)
23:00 5 egg yolks, 16 almonds-sp, 1 peach
1:00 250 ml water
2:00 250 ml water
9:50 + 1 dream (mashed up scenes, slightly illogical and inconsistent)
10:20 3 peaches, 12 g 3 squares dark chocolate {acid taste}
24:00, 3 -10:10, 11:00 - 13:19*
---

My brain is still messed up from previous weeksss sleep schedule.
I can't feel that my brain is awake enough. (If it is awake enough, it feels no in-motivation to tackle process like (lengthy brainy) processes, such as calculations, mathematics, or like (lengthy random enduring) processes: such as performing, socializing. Right now my brain is like "give me sleep" "brain muscles are tight"; "or facial muscles are still tired/asleep/fatigued, toothache does not help inaddition to that or maybe everything is just the toothache.".
I also have a toothache that is bothering me, and the chocolate is not helping with that matter.
Neither is the chocolate taken late in the day helping me start with an earlier sleep time.
I can't turn my brain off until 3am?
Probably the egg yolks are restarting my ability to have dreams in the morning; now I just have to get them to be logical, continuous, and nice dreams as opposed to mashed up scenes with slightly a nightmare/inadequacy slant, dreaming up of real life mishappenings (you know those dreams that places you in real life where things just gets all messy, like being late or failing a test, those dreams that are fake, does not happen but just gives you a scare and doesn't bother to tell you that you are waking up relaxed.) yeah, I don't like that, I don't like my brain messing with me, not interested in the sarcastic jokes that I have to wake up to.
It, brain is not relaxed.

1. no more "dark" chocolate.
2. no more nuts before sleep
3. add more variety of fruits
4. skip cooked meals

Friday September 2, 2016
9:00
~ 11:00
[went to a buffet restaurant]
- 1 cup of fake orange juice {juice had bubbles, was from softdrink fountain or filter}
- half heated tomato, with bread crumbs on top {not a fan of crumbs}
- 1 spoon of cooked mushrooms (~4 tiny) {tasted like canned stuff}
- 1 spoon of cooked diced tomatoes {spicy, could not have guessed by the canned look}
- 2 breakfast sausage {there is another restaurant that has better taste}
- 4 cubes of potato fries {taste goes to the other restaurant}
- 1 slice of swiss cheese {edamski tastes better}
- 2 tbsp mashed potatoes
- 1 tomato mushroom omelette {omelette skin was too rough, tomatoes too soggy}
- 1 samosa (boiled potatoes, and peas with spice), (fried pastry discarded){too salty and spicy}
- 1 cheese stuffed pasta with tomato sauce {heated fresh cheese was grainy}
- 1 meat ball {the restaurant that creates furniture makes better meatballs}
- 1 spoon of bow-shaped pasta with tomato sauce (5 pieces)
- 1 chocolate macaroon
- 1 mango pudding, with 3 blue berries (1 x 1 x 3 inch)
- 30 ml whipped cream of a tiramisu, {i didn't like the soggy bready taste of the tiramisu so I just ate the cream}
- 1 square of cheese cake (3 x 5 x 5 cm) creme cheese; {didn't like the cookie base of the cake (1 x 5 x 5 cm), so I ate the cream cheese; but it tasted too cheesy}
- 1 slice of coconut creme pie, (pie shell discarded)
- 1 chocolate coconut brownie (3 x 4 x 5 cm)
[And that was all I could manage to eat]*
15:00 1 cup of fake orange juice
18:30 2 cups of water, 1 slice of watermelon
19:00 1 banana

Hehehe :D You know that cravings for "munch foods" are greatest when you're hungry, right?

munch foods?
I ate munch foods?
Clicks http://www.freeacnebook.com/54-55.htm to reread chapter.

Omelette is not a munch food.
But everything else looks near a munch food. I guess I naturally made munch food choices. surprise.

There is a fine line between munch foods and SAD foods.
For example I went to an outdoor's fair yesterday:
And hamburger is NOT munch food.
