You found the tomato article.
Now you need to trace the other experiments that stemmed from that article.
Then the coconut article follows.

At the midpoint of your search you will find the Herring Fish article.
That one is a key article.

Just added things into your dropbox.
About 3 pages of that textbook is enough to match some of the objectives of this diet.
Gives reasons for
no potato
no corn
no rice
and it is all about the heat.

But it is not just possible to be made from plants but from animal source too, i.e. via the herring's ..... + the heat.
As you mentioned to Iris, it is safe without the heat?viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2374&p=39672#p39672
Hence it is of concern.

And it is not likely that you will find it in Oxysterols articles realm, because it is just about sterols.
And it is not likely that you will find it in AGEs articles realm, because their realm is just the amino acids which is a narrow vision.
And it is not likely that you will find it in ALEs, though expanding view from AGEs to ALEs increases the view, it still does not land on that side.

1 tsp coconut oil before or after egg yolk. (ran out of olive oil).

Aytundra has been so busy(eating junk food) she forgot (avoided) to write May's Goals:
Goals for May
- 4 oranges /day
- 4 egg yolks /day
- 1 banana /day
- and write anything else consumed...

After Wednesday it was a lot of bread... ( i gained about 1 or 2 pimples)...
I have to stop them from stocking bread in the kitchen.

Fruits:
In general I ate a lot of banana, cantaloupe, oranges, pears, but I don't remember exactly when I ate them. I just eat them when I am hungry. I am so pass the point of taking notes of when I ate them, it is almost reflexive and a little bit boring to reach for the fruits. It is only the non-fruit items that are easier to recall and pinpoint a time.

Sleep:
There is not much difference in my sleep schedule. I sleep at 24:00 and wake around 9:38 - 9:50. I think it has everything to do with my average sleep requires 10 hours. If I sleep earlier I can wake up earlier, but there is no cheating about completing 10 hours. It (body) will take a nap if I obtained any hours less than 10, in the same day.
With evening classes. My wake up time this summer (for the next 4 months) would predictably be 9:40-ish. There is no way to go about hacking that.

Slow-cooked, Stewed, Cooked:
It is not a priority of mines at the moment to eradicate cooked potatoes and chicken and meats.
These food if not present makes it a little bit harder to resist foods from fast-foods restaurant of schools.
So filling my stomach before I leave for classes, A) saves me money, B) eat something a little bit better than french-fries and donuts.
I suppose once I get my financial independence would I be able to select healthier food choices...and maybe if richer... going for the organic foods.

Missings:
- Fish, salmon, farmed, have not really been on my menu for over 8 months.
I suppose with wrestling the Peat articles and the salmon videos is not doing me any favors in the seafood department. I don't think I am done with them. It is quite a struggle for me to think about the PUFA topics. I know I listed PUFA tables.
- Olive oil, yeah there are fake bottles out there, (though the news might be old, and current standards bettered) if there are fake bottles, then what is inside is not olive. I don't live next to an olive farm to know if my supermarket has the real deal. Hence currently I am going with coconut oil. But I also have papers and articles against coconut oil so I think I am going to consume bottled oils sparingly. I think I will get my fats from the stewed meats...of course that is another can of Pandora's to open with the heat-treatment of fats... so i guess what is left for me is eggs!

Eggs:
I am all for eating eggs!
Though I can't afford anything with grass-fed-organic labels. I will innocently assume the farmers raised the chickens properly and that the eggs are of consumable quality.

Actually the cake tasted like a disaster, it was one of those frozen cakes bought at last minute for a holiday, the line up for real cakes were too long, (and no i didn't buy the cake, it was some other guest) in general frozen cakes have a lot of artificial flavorings and ingredients, the bottom cake surface is prone to freezer ice accumulation hence will defrost with a soggy cake surface, and to keep it from going soggy, the manufacturing company usually uses a drier cake base, hence less water and moisture more like a texture of a dried kitchen sponge, and of course it is made without any heart, they use a machine to make uniform small sized bubbles, that tastes like an aero chocolate bar texture without the richness of chocolate, because they would not add costly materials like milk and cream into the cake batter. The icing would be too sweet. The filling of chocolate chunks is actually a soggy chocolate cake brownie diced like chocolate.

I was having a runny nose, probably from being in a new environment a few days prior, with lots of people with runny nose too, and my body has to learn all their new germ species.
It could also be that every time I start a new environment, I also start eating a lot of baked cooked bread and grain and starch products, because it is physically demanding to be in a new environment, which means I underestimate my energy used and my food intake volume becomes crazy.

I forgot about reading Buteyko, i had read it along time ago, but since I remembered it, I searched to see if it can stop runny nose.
I managed to stop my runny nose by holding my breath and breathing through nose, trying to hold it for over 30 seconds between each breath.
It took like 30 min to 1 hour to do.
Runny nose resumed in the next (thursday) morning but briefly for like 15 minutes, and one time at lunch time, while I tried to blow my nose to get rid of accumulated slime.

* yeah didn't know it had veggie oil in it, I found out from the person who made the home-made batch of food. I am going to try to avoid that food if I am not starving, I did think I tasted a little bit of an oil taste.
I am currently on the Peaterian camp of things of no vegetable oils.
I want to source my fats from eggs fish or meat.
I am on the fence again about coconut oil and butter, debating in my head whether the medium chain fats are actually dangerous, if I conclude it dangerous, then Peat's theory is going to be trashed!

My voice sounds like it had runny nose, that hasn't resolved, but it is quite a relief not to have to use tissues much, like only one or two times for an occasional blow to clear the nose of slime that got drippy, and I had to remember to hold my breath for several consecutive times, so no runny nose since Wednesday.
So i think I might go try the CP Buteyko method stuff for the long run, the increase CO2 theory.
