Squirrrel we have a new place for you to go instead of being on a tundra!
"Where?"
Here!
[Squirrrel looks carefully at the green carpeted rug, so far so good, it's green, like a forest.
Then she sees paw prints all around.
Her eyes brighten widely, and screams with fear!]
"Dog! Caaat! Mee not going on that rug!" - Squirrrel
Runs off...
...
Yes there is one tiny problem!
Mee squirrrel does not like to do yoga!

To fall asleep, what I like to do is yoga in the dark (or in red light) until I'm so tired that I go to sleep.
"Red light? Rodents can't see in red light!" - Squirrrel
That's the point! so that rodents like you can snooze!
"Must grow bat wings!" - Squirrrel

I have my yoga mat in my room.
I do too, a rug, with a dog print, in my room.
A child sized table sits on top of the rug usually.
Kasper wrote: ↑Mon 27 Mar 2017 14:11I try to do mainly laying positions like child pose etc. Some non stimulating other position like downward facing dog.
"Aspen trees are quite flexible!" - Squirrrel
Kasper wrote: ↑Mon 27 Mar 2017 14:11My problem is that I can sometimes not fall asleep for like 2-3 hours, and because I get bored, I go on my phone, or laptop. And because of the blue light and stimulation I even fall asleep later.
I seldom get bored.
My 2-3 hours is spent shuffling things in my room and mind. Being a student is such a messy task. Dread of due dates and things due soon are unquenchable fears.
Kasper wrote: ↑Mon 27 Mar 2017 14:11Sometimes I don't fall asleep really early, but I feel way more refreshed anyway even if I only sleep 7 hours.
7 hours is decent.
I get 4 hours sometimes for a few days consecutively.
Kasper wrote: ↑Mon 27 Mar 2017 14:11I also have a card which my motivation/purpose to do yoga and not sit behind screen in the evening. Just things that motivates me, and to remember me what happens if I don't do it.
What does a card do? How does it work?

I see, so how does a squirrel gets herself to sleep? Shuffling things in the room and mind doesnt seem to me typical squirrel like behaviour
"I know rrright?!
Of course it's not typical squirrel like behaviour!
I've lost mee a squirrrel behaviour!"

Quelle age c'est a tu?
Are you 1?
Are you 2?
Are you 3?
Stop!
Three years old. !
Birthday present to those who likes some real numbers to play with:
Aytundra's Diary = 3 years old. Reason...uhm...uhm...uhm. Not telling!
Squirrrel* = 10 years old. She came about in a classroom on a spring day April May or June {can't remember, probably can find it in the margins of my notes from a story i heard}. * I haven't quite settled on her spelling yet. She spells her name in variations that i can't figure out which ones she likes better, Squirrel, Squirrrel, Squirrreeeeel, Squirrelle? She used to just be a nameless squirrel. I only caught a photo of her about a year ago.
Aytundra = 6 years old. She was also born in a classroom (writing-room / computer-lab classroom?) too, or maybe a little earlier than that April or May, definitely in May i wrote something about her, at that time she didn't quite know how to run with an orange for lunch. It took her a year before she created an account, another 2 years before she learned how to write with a little code like "
" and got brave enough to learn how to type super fast with a keyboard.**
"It's just a toddler!
and it's driving me nuts!
it has no forrrest!
[Paws a little leaf]
Grow forest grow!" - squirrrel (growls a restless squirrel)

** Yes, the squirrrel is older than aytundra!
and aytundra older than her diary!

Mee took a trip to penguin land today and found article updated on April 7 2017.
It looks new page!
Melons!
Ducks!
Mallards!
Very close now.
You need to dig a bit of literature.
Find that growth of red and white fruits.
It is authored by a lover of horses from the land of white, around 32 years before the shoemaker.

"Penguin land" refers to Wai Wiki.
That place does not have colour editing for text, unlike the forum.

Red is tomato.
White is coconut.
