Mon Dec 1, 2014
10:00 250ml = 4 oranges, 1 yolk soup = (3 yolks + 1 tbsp oo) + (4tbsp sugar + 250ml water)
11:50 480ml = 6 oranges
+ 1 mild gassy constipation*
19:00 4 tomatoes + 8tbsp sugar, 3 pieces of boiled chicken wings
19:45 3 potatoes, 2 pieces of boiled chicken wings, 35g of almond chocolate
0:00 - 9:37**
---
* My second round of orange juice triggered the bm, my belly got painfully gassy suddenly (pain was from the gas),
started 5-10 min after drinking it, first round of oj this morning caused no problems, but I still had junk sitting in there from a day ago.
I think the gassiness is from fibers interacting, and or also trapping the gas produced --> (bananas, potatoes, apples, steamed veggies...),
& suspects mild constipation from the small bulk created from dairy and wheat foods --> (yogurts, bread, cookie and chocolate...).

**Okay, what is happening here? 9.37 Wakes up late!!!
I have a hypothesis:
I think I wake up late when I end my day with something coating my gut.
a) sugar foods (chocolate yesterday)
b) sugary foods (a fruit)
c) yolks when taken plain (maybe the phospholipids coating it)

I tend to wake up early, when I end my day with:
d) a protein
e) a salty protein
f) when I did not eat enough calories
g) when yolks are blended into sugarwater, less coating gut walls, I wake up a little earlier
h) fiber or too much bulk of food, ...rice

...thats all the ideas I have for now, will keep eating different things to end the day.

error!
I meant to say:
h) not too much fiber or too much bulk food, ...rice.
dime wrote:Not sure why you think sugar coats the gut? What is gut coating anyway? A film on the gut (which part, stomach, small intestine, ...?) which is not digested somehow?
Technically not sugar, but everything that forms after sugar.
Gut, well the whole digestive tract, starting with the teeth.
i.e. if I brush my teeth before sleep, less filmy gunk sticks on it in the morning
if I brush my tongue before sleep, less phospholipids left from egg yolk snack before bed, but not all phospholipid gone, toothbrush can't reach far back.
if I drink yolks insulated with sugar water less phospholipids cling, so I think I wake up earlier.
if I eat plain sugar, then there will be bacteria growth, and acidic after taste sometimes, and acid might be from bacteria breaking down sugars...
if I eat fruit, depends on what fruit... maybe I should test with ending the day with plain tomatoes.
if I eat wheat or dairy, well you guys know what clings...
if I eat rice fiber stuff it weighs down in my stomach...
...etc.

Oops I time travelled again, see Dime's post below.

A big difference between the mouth and your gut is that your gut is actually specialized in coping with all the stuff that can be digested.
A 'coating' may only occur if you consume lots of stuff that is very hard to digest.
Sugar, fructose and glucose are not hard to digest, at all.
Or did you have something else in mind?

phospholipids mouth can't digest easily
phospholipids gut can digest easily
fiber mouth can't digest easily
fiber gut can't digest easily
resistant starch mouth can't digest easily
resistant starch gut can't digeset easily
sugars mouth can digest some
sugars gut can digest most
phospholipids, fiber, resistant starch, sugars vs bacteria --> aytundra guesses: no, no, no, yes; yes forms colony, colony forms mass, mass weighs on gut.
RRM wrote:A 'coating' may only occur if you consume lots of stuff that is very hard to digest.
Hard for the body to digest, or hard for the bacteria to digest?
RRM wrote:Sugar, fructose and glucose are not hard to digest, at all.
And some sugars are easy for bacteria to digest.
RRM wrote:Or did you have something else in mind?
Bacteria.

Thur Dec 4, 2014
12:00 1 banana
13:00 1 banana
18:00 1 banana
19:30 20g* chocolate with peanuts, 800ml = 9 oranges
23:00 3 yolk* + 7tsp sugar 250ml water
0:00-9:32*
---
*Which affected it salt or phospholipids? or some other factor?

Fri Dec 5, 2014 Junkfood adventures, most foods are not Wai.
9:00 1 banana, pure junkfood* = peeling crisp plastic foil wrapper = 2 deka crepes (9g), cheese puff (15g)*, 1 piece of green tea mochi (4 cm diameter)
12:00 chocolate hazelnut on pita (4cm^2 x 1 cm), gluten-free cheese pizza (4cm^2) {haha that is a laugh, the idea of food marketed as "sans-gluten", cheese still has op which is bad imo - nojunk aytundra}, 5 edamame beans*, chocolate wafer (3x1x1cm), chicken with cranberry sauce (1 cm^3)
16:00 1 banana
17:00 3 grains of pomegranate + 1 tbsp of sharon's fruit
19:30 3 pieces of boiled chicken wings, 600ml = 8 oranges
20:30 3tbsp mascarpone, 2 tbsp creme cheese
21:00 3 potatoes
0:00-8:20
+ 1 pimple
---
*Comments on not Wai junk foods, I think I crave riboflavin (orange powder on the junk) or the cheese, and I crave the salt on the beans.

Sat Dec 6, 2014
9:00 1 banana, 20g almond chocolate, 2 tbsp creme cheese
12:00 80g almond chocolate
17:15 600ml = 8 oranges
20:00 1cm^3 of blueberry muffin
23:00 100ml water
00:45 3tbsp mascarpone
1:00-9:57*
---
*Muscle feels tired on waking. {Dairy?}
*Wakes up groggy, as if muscles can feel groggy, not bouncing awake like a froggy.

Sun Dec 7, 2014**
11:00 380ml = 5 oranges
14:00 410ml = 5 oranges
17:00 400ml = 5 oranges
21:00 8 x 1 inch cube of lamb
22:00 6tbsp mascarpone, 4tbsp creme cheese
23:00 60g almond chocolate
0:00 - 8:50*
---
* Wakes with salty mouth. {Definitely from those salty munch foods, no bad dreams from lots of fat, but not a quick wakeup.}
** Originally I was going to do an oj only day. But then I broke down and ate some meat, then I craved fats and decided to add in munch foods as fats, because I don't want to take in oil right before sleep.

Why do you want to do fruit only days ? Doesn't sound healthy to me at all.

Thur Dec 11, 2014** (some items below are not Wai)
9:50 8 pieces of inch sized cubes of slow cooked lamb, 500ml lamb soup, 1 sheet of green seaweed (16 x 16 x 0.05 cm)
13:00 3 egg whites, 3 yolks
19:30 3 egg whites, 100ml water, 3 yolks, 3 sheets of brown seaweed (10 x 10 x 0.05 cm)
22:30 250ml water
23:00 250ml water
23:30 - 5:30-5:32-6:15-6:15-7:47*
* I woke up really hungry, I think around 5:30, then I slept a bit more because I was tired-ish {protein?}, an alarm clock nearby sounded at 6:15.
** Originally I was going to do a meat (protein) "Carnivore" only day..., but seaweed got in the way.
I think I managed to keep fructose out (hmm, egg yolk has a little fructose ~70mg fructose = 100g raw yolks; my intake 6 yolks x 17g = 102g)
