Ahah, I was going to say the same. The last time I got mildy sick (I did not have fever), I just ate more wai foods and slowed cooked the rest. Everything healed up on its own in 2 days.
At first, I tried a tea but it gave me gerd and discomfort in my stomach. So it was a no.
I think eating wai foods is pretty creative. Seriously, when someone starts to feel sick, the idea is to immediately take something whether it's tea, herbs, medicines, etc. Not taking anything turns out being very original and, ironically, very simple too.
But if you think it's safer and better to take something, go for it.
Ginger tea or garlic tea, I think they are usually a standard in those situations. But doing a little research, perhaps you will come with a better recipe.

Getting a solid refreshing sleep is hard with a clogged nose and random bouts of cough at night.
And stressing over making projects for school. Meeting quotas of (ennnnnnnndless) submissions, and due dates.
There is no such thing as a relaxing ounce of thought day or night.
Tired is the existence of me.
I think my name should be renamed Tired.

I think I know what you mean
I just did the math:
1 month = 30 days
6 hours x 30 = 180 hours
8 hours x 30 = 240 hours
10 hours x 30 = 300 hours
if i require 10 hours of sleep per night,
and if I slept 6 hours every night that month,
300 - 180 = 120 hours ---> /10 hours ---> that means I lost ---> 12 days of sleep in a month of 30 days, or 40% of my month! :O !!!!!!!!!!!!
