* I don't have unsalted butter at home (the salt obviously a theoretical bad choice for pimples); but any bulk of food constipates me, rereading that article on Wai Says about opioid peptides being not in butter, made me experiment with the idea of adding butter to my foods.
I was reading a textbook on neurotransmitters the other day, and peptides are also one type of molecules that act on neurotransmission.
I was wondering if not necessarily opioid peptides, but peptide chains in general if not broken into amino acids would cling onto peptide receptors.
There is the idea of gut-brain connection, as in they are cousin systems.
{Thinking out loud: If peptide chains can cling to peptide receptors, Opioid peptides would only be one class of peptide chains, and Peptide chains not broken down can probably (stretching an idea) cling onto opioid peptide receptor sites as well.
Protein hence constipates? What if coat protein with fat? Will it stop touching receptors in it's travel through the body.

Short fat chains, what happens when it gets too near a purine? and heat and time? and without marshmellow substrate?
Coconut sphere is like autoclave cube. Both with reduced marshmellow substrate.
I imagine, without marshmellow substrate, shortje can run into purrrin', if the weather gets too hot.
But it doesn't matter if it is mediumtje or longtje, the process still the same once it breaks into a shortje, if it runs into a purrrin', it is going to be a kin.

Then in theory, the volume of marshmellow substrate matters when it comes to the prevention of kin formation.
Some peptides are classified as kins.
When kins meet axn it grows.
And bells are similar in shape to axn.
hence bells and tjes are a discussion on Mudforum.
but they Mudforum cannot identify tjes as kin formation interactions because they keep small lions,
but bells are a discussion on Mudforum because without bells there is reduced action.
Hence, there are two ways to regulate grow.
Either stop bells, or stop kin formation.
Mudforum is bent on stopping bells.
But bells like axn has a natural rhythm and purpose for localization.
Hence, kins are the problem.
As long as big lions cannot run into purrrin', they cannot growl.
So big lions are safer than small lions.
Ultra big lions are red, orangy, and yellow.

In the process of aligning 3beds and a bathroom, the pho-noodles are needed, it gives structure, but the bo of boeuf is also the same function of pho.
Bows are hence important in Ca regulation and towards dentition. As usual it is to assume that Ca is with pho. but Ca can be with bo.
Bows might coincide with big lions in localization.}

Yes, but only if they contain a specific sequence of amino acids. And if the do, they are called opioid peptides.
Opioid peptides are also locked up in a protein (eg gluten, casein), until digested, which releases the peptides.
Peptide chains not broken down can probably (stretching an idea) cling onto opioid peptide receptor sites as well.
Only if they contain a specific sequence of amino acids
What if coat protein with fat?
They will be separated during digestion, and enter the blood stream separately
Short fat chains, what happens when it gets too near a purine? and heat and time?

Switching to mildly water cooked beef...
Currently trying to eliminate fried, baked, steamed foods...
Salmon is off my menu, because I can't find frozen wild, and cannot be bothered with fishy taste of wild salmon either (I think it was either coho or chum salmon species that gave off a strong fish fishy taste iirc, but the other species of the two tasted fine, only thing is that their texture had less fat which also made it less appealing. I usually preferred atlantic salmon because it is tasteless and looked like it had lots of fats, but after watching that video link about farmed salmon being fed those things, I don't want to buy salmon).

Bread products are so hard to eliminate, the kitchen counter is littered with them.
They are also the quickest portable items to carry to school when there is so little time. I have a span of 20 minutes between wake up time to the front door, then I come back like in the late, and super late evenings.

Not sure where I am going with this stuff.
I am currently trying to keep my acid level in teeth low; hence cooked beef carrot and potatoes.
(It is better than having oatmeal for breakfast, as I don't have an acid taste by 10 am in my mouth, as I use to recall having from my elementary school years.)
(Orange juice and sugar, and fasting, is not an option for me, because I need to pack energy in the morning to last through the day, And I get home late so there is no time to prep, by the time I am home I mostly just eat and then start sleeping)
I try to avoid sugar, salt and acids, though my junk food cravings are easily given into; like breads, cookies, chips, which I know are all bad, because they get mashed up and stuck on niches between teeth, and it isn't like I have access to brush my teeth until I get home from work. I firmly believe that these food crumbs being left behind on teeth are the reasons why teeth many people get cavities.
The number of young people I have seen with silvery shine in their teeth frightens me. So young. But they are probably unable to change their food environment, or to follow up with proper cleaning within a few hours of a meal.

There was once a teacher in elementary school that I knew who only ate a bag of raw baby carrots at every lunch. She also drove an electric car.

Meanwhile, tomatoes are so expensive like $3.49 a lb. Oranges $1.29...etc.
Junk food is like expensive too $ 3 a bag of regular sized chips. Chocolate can start at $1.99... for 100 g.

I worked a weekend seasonal job before the holidays, and that took up all my time. I go to work, I come home and sleep, then I repeat.
It boosts money a little. But after calculating all the basic costs of utilities to run a family. I think it is quite difficult to afford junk and raw foods.

Cooked bags of carrots and potatoes and uncut beef are like the cheapest option.
Chicken has bones it adds to cost. Chicken taste bland. Pizza is expensive too $3.99 a slice of basic cheese.

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)

Post by Aytundra »

Happy New Year!
Yay it is 2018!
Some new year's resolution:
I am restarting my daily diary posts. Updated weekly (+/-).
Sorry if you guys missed reading my diary for a while.
I went on a junkfood holiday...lol.
Actually I got busy with job-work and my food choices were quite boring and non-Wai so there is no way I was gonna post and clog the board with non-Wai foods ( I did threaten to write terrorbytes some distance in my diary...lol not gonna happen with my laziness).

Now to begin, my posts are gonna take a different spin.
It is going to be Wai foods eventually...{scratch on wood}.
I just have my priorities to get there slightly different.
I am also throwing in some of my rational [sorry squirrrel, less cluttered squeaks from you} (you will find my posts more sane{...??maaaybee}).

January 2018 Goals:

1) Goal is no grain derived food.
2) Then next goal is pH 4 and heat adulterated food less.
-- That is foods without any heat or acid treatment in the same foods.
-- A) Foods that went through heat and acid treatment simultaneously are not allowed.
-- B) Foods that went through heat treatment and then acid additives are not allowed.
-- C) Foods that went through alcohol treatment and acid treatment simultaneously are not allowed.
-- D) Foods that went through alcohol treatment and then acid additives are not allowed.

Topics I want to discuss, chime in if you want to comment:
Topic 1: Carrageenan
While on my past few months away from dieting, i was looking for junkfoods to eat, and
I have found it very difficult to find icecream without carrageenan.
Walking through the supermarkets, the entire aisles (more than 4 aisles) of dairy products all from different brands are loaded with gums, majority carrageenan.

My concern is that:
Carrageenan, when broken into shorter chains loses the name carrageenan and becomes poligeenan (poligeenan is a carcinogen)
Wikipedia wrote:Poligeenan is produced by the harsh acid degradation of carrageenan. Carrageenan in solution is processed at low pH (~1.0) and high temperature (90 °C (190 °F)) for up to six hours until the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) has been reduced to the range 10,000 – 20,000 daltons (10-20 kDa). The resulting poligeenan solution is neutralized and spray dried to a fine powder. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poligeenan
- With this in mind, carrageenan products would be a concern if it sits in an acidic container of yogurt, sour cream, or with acids, citric acid, or lactic acid, .... plus the products are pasteurized... not sure if with milk only or with carrageenan after the products are blended. Hence I cannot trust these dairy products as to not contain poligeenan.
- But that is not the only worry. After searching how carrageenan is made, it can go through 2 processes, Halal consumers, would chose alcohol less version of carrageenan, but that to me does not disqualify the dangers of how carrageenan is processed, because the 2 processes with or without alcohol both need dehydration of sea weed and heat treatment to do that, with acid additive in the process. That alone makes it likely that carrageenan should have traces of poligeenan. Yes, maybe they can centrifuge it to seperate carrageenan into food grade... or not food grade, but still that does not eliminate chances of poligeenan contamination.

- The stomach pH is 1.5 to 3.5.
Hence you can reason that even with food grade carrageenan, with such a low pH in stomach, it might inadvertently turn some of it into poligeenan.

Although Wai Munch foods allows the occasional, ice creams, and creams, as they are low in protein (dirty proteins), I found it very hard to find a product of icecream or cream without carrageenan, in an American supermarket.
Image
- I have narrowed it to GM's Haagendaz for icecream, GM's Liberte for cream; These may be possible sources of dairy junk foods without carrageenan listed (but carrageenan could be hidden under the word cream, depending on where they sourced the cream from). But that does not mean they do not fill it with other gums, acids, salt, pasteurization...etc.
- Unilever, which dominates the icecream isle was terrible. Ben Jerry, Magnum, Breyers, Good Humor were all carrageenan loaded.
- Nestle icecreams, real icecreams, sundaes, and cones, again carrageenan loaded.
- Chapmans, carrageenan loaded.
- GM >> Yoplait, carrageenan in yogurt tubes. Natrel, carrageenan in cream
[Edit: At first I thought GM's dairies were fine, but after revisiting the supermarket I spotted some carrageenan in the other sister brands.]

But beware (don't jump in and buy any thing marked carrageenan-free):
- Silk surprisingly has a no-carrageenan advertised product, it happens to be coconut yogurt.
It is the only product on the shelf in a nearby supermarket, that specifically addresses the carrageenan issue.
Innocent right? But my plant physiology reading side is screaming to stay away from any processed coconut.
It did not come in any other flavours like plain, vanilla, or strawberry... it specifically chose to market it with coconut.

Coconut

Why i don't like it.
Coconut = Natural Autoclave
So high up in the air, sun steamed.
With the right ingredients; Why is it a surprise it is the same thing it makes when you autoclave?
...
That is all the hints i give.
But you guys can start your readings with Philip White.

I know Peatearians like coconut oil. Antibacterial property. But I think it is trash. Short chain fats are not for bacteria, the body is >50% bacterial cells, might as well make the majority happy, I am on the olive oil camp again.

Lactose-free milk
As many people do not tolerate lactose,
Lactose being stuck in gut and producing a side effect of pH 5.5 stools, means that it is likely acidic environment in gut.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance.
Along with carrageenan inside the dairy product that pH may only exacerbate the potential break down of carrageenan to poligeenan.
Hence, A) carrageenan, should be out of dairies period.
B) even without carrageenan, low pH of foods stuck in guts, like stools, may irritate intestines, which should have been neutralized after digestion in area after passing through the stomach.

Making sure lactose gets properly processed without passing into stools is important.

4 pills of herbal cough medication**
1 bowl rice
1 cooked pear
1.5 piece of durain
dark chocolate almonds
1 cup Simply Orange oj.*
...
---
*How long can refridgerated pasteurized unopen orange juice sit at room temperature without spoiling?
Safe or not safe to drink?

My parent brought two bottles yesterday, ~15 hours ago, with and stored one in the fridge and one in the basement (thinking they would stock some for me), without thinking that the juice came from the fridge in the store and should be fridged.

** Yeah, pretty much I am going to get sick working with children. They spread all the germs around at school.
There is no escape from getting sick. You look around you as your coworkers get the sniffles and then smirk that you haven't caught it that week. But then it comes right back at you the week after.
Choose your careers wisely those that are still studying.
If your body likes to catch everything in the air.
Stay awaay!
I really miss the 3 years when I worked in an office and never got sick for 3 years.

- Partially it is my fault too. I messed up my immune system with a enormous food intake in March, of eating uh doughnuts, pizzas, gummybears, chocolates, icecreams, and sausage muffins.

I have no idea, as i only drink unpasteurized OJ.
But you can easily tell by the taste.
Safe or not safe to drink?
Even once the juice has become fizzy, its still not unsafe to drink; it will just stimulate bowel movement
