HELP!
Did you try eating many egg yolks at night consistently?
I imagine i should.
Often i forget about them by night time.
2 yesterday night at 24:00.
only b/c I threw that idea into my working memory that cycles on the to do list endlessly.
I went to sleep after 02:02.
Tooth pain was bothering me from munching on food on the wrong side from 21h...
RRM wrote: Tue 14 Mar 2017 21:31 Do you use an alarm in the morning?
If yes, you should go to bed earlier, consistently.
have to b/c i worry I won't wake up on time to travel...
of course i should go to sleep earlier but that is not possible if i have things still running. The brain like computer does not have shut down mode. It has "do you want to save?" mode.

So, this is somewthing you need to work on.
I have the same issue. So, i worked on it. I have a set time that i need to go to bed latest: 10PM. So, whatever it is that is still running in my head, i need to start ignoring it at 9PM. At 9PM i need to start doing other things, like playing with my kids. So that i will have peace of mind at 10PM.
It is just a mind set.
You need to set your mind away from the running issues.
You can do it. You need to do it, because your health is at stake.
Your health should be your first priority.
Please try to figure out how to go about it.

Something else that might help in addition to this, is to take a deep/belly breathing scheme (like 8 secs in, hold 4, 16 secs out) and focus on doing that correctly while trying to fall asleep. This helps shutting down the computer, or at least suspending the resource-heavy task, plus it lowers the heart rate, which calms the mind and the body.

Squirrels are currently categorized as a minor nuisance on Aytundra's DoDrive. And probably that computer runs an anti-viral on Squirrels too, creating fur traps. But it could be a broad spectrum anti-biotic that is processing random traps for All Drives including Squirrel's and Aytundra's computers.

If you are not lost by now.
I am.
[The computer technician pushes computer back to Aytundra, and charges no fees. Apologizes to Aytundra and says that a computer with computers embedded is above pay grade for the computer technician to fix.]

Haven't been able to shut off squirrel's computer until 1 or 2 am in the past week.

In terms of dreaming, can't remember much.
Hmm, 2 dreams that I can recall from this morning:
~~~~~ I dreamnt of a molar tooth with the white enamel coming off with a yellow plasticine molar tooth beneath it. ~~~~~
---
I freaked out that I was loosing a tooth.
~~~~~ I dreamnt of plastic adhesive semi-translucent sticker pieces (so many triangles!), (red, blue, green, white, brown...so many colours) that can be peeled and placed onto glass window like a stained glass window in a craft store. The store had three panels of large wide and tall windows. from the floor up to the ceiling. These windows were next to the shelves and aisle.
They had examples of how to use the adhesives:
The first panel was against a sky blue back drop of triangles with flowers (poppy to pansy or maybe to peony? i think, 4 petals, red and pink with green center) from bottom left to 30% bottom right corner, it came from a brown cross.
The second panel was an upside down dark blue background, with several 4 pointed stars of 8 white right angle pieces, it was the sky turned upside down, the brown cross was at the top upside down. I guess whoever placed the stickers on the panel didn't read the box and placed everything on the window, until it was done, and it came out upside down.
The third panel was unfinished, just light from outside the window.~~~~~
---
Not a fan of religious imagery popping up in my dreams. But the sticker idea probably I can steal, if I manage to get some adhesives. Maybe I will change the design around and use construction paper, or tissue paper, like maybe for a tangegram, but it does not relate to anything of interest, not too open-ended. Probably will scrap that idea. Need less craft ideas and more open-ended activities for school.

To fall asleep, what I like to do is yoga in the dark (or in red light) until I'm so tired that I go to sleep.

I have my yoga mat in my room. I try to do mainly laying positions like child pose etc. Some non stimulating other position like downward facing dog.

My problem is that I can sometimes not fall asleep for like 2-3 hours, and because I get bored, I go on my phone, or laptop. And because of the blue light and stimulation I even fall asleep later.

So with yoga, I have something "to do". Which is not stimulating, but relaxing, and can be done in the dark. When I feel getting tired, I try to sleep, and if I don't fall asleep in 15-20 min, I just go do yoga again, until I feel even more tired.

Sometimes I don't fall asleep really early, but I feel way more refreshed anyway even if I only sleep 7 hours.

I also have a card which my motivation/purpose to do yoga and not sit behind screen in the evening. Just things that motivates me, and to remember me what happens if I don't do it.
