FEEDBACK

The nuts killed my energy, after the lunch.
I got dark eyes, extreme tiredness, sluggish, low tension, red eyes, skin very bad.

I need to apply some changes, and very fast.

Why are you here?
or What reason made you switch here?
You said you ate a fruitarian diet 3 months before.
Espirito wrote: Hi folks!

I'm new here.
I'm from portugal, anyone?

I'm following a frutarian diet ... for about 3 months.
I didn't consume yolks but i'm starting now..

Oils, nuts, peanuts, seeds, zucchini, carrots, i don't digest very well.
I think it's because of the fat, or something that it's common in all of this ingredientss.
I need to eat small meals to my digestion works better.
I don't eat fish/meat. I will only eat yolks.
So I assume you only ate fruits for the past 3 months.
Since fruits are not very abundant in proteins, your reintroduction of nuts might be a lot of protein relative to what you had been accustomed to eating.

Also is this your first time eating Brazil nuts? Do you have nut allergies?

I see you had nuts with each meal.
But does the nut go well with the fruits or yolks you are eating?
Espirito wrote:1 Brasil Nuts
number / plurals ?
Did you eat 1 nut, 2 nuts, 3 nuts, 1 spoon, 1 cup, 1 bag (grams?).

Thanks for the reply.

In the post i mentioned how many i eat per meal.
1 or 2 Brasil nut.
5 grams each one.

No, its not the first time that i eat this.
I'm very bloated, with gas ..

Tomorrow i will eat only 1 in the breakfast, nothing more with yolks.
Need to test if his the selenium making problems.

What do you think about the combination with the yolks? Bad?
Fat with fat.

I will post my tomorrow meal right away!

Fat with fat.
I don't know.
I have never ever tried yolks with nuts.
Maybe I will try that.
I am trying to keep my version nut-free at the moment. Too busy trying out other combinations.
Espirito wrote:bloated, with gas
Could it be the dates and bananas? Fiber?

By the way,
I like your pictures. So Cheery! :)
Did you make them yourself?

Hey Aytundra, how do you do?

Thanks for your comment.

Yesterday, the nuts made more slim lol Omg!

I think its not the bananas, but the dates can be the problem.
I'm checking this day how i will respond.

No i' didn't make this image, but it's nice isn't it? :)

We need to find our balance, testing with all tools, in order to find the solution to our digestion.

May I suggest "juicing"?
Very easy to juice 12 sweet oranges, and strain fiber and seeds of oranges with a fine sieve before drinking.
For very sugary fruits with fiber space them out, or juice them if you can. (Like papayas and bananas).
Drink the juice throughout the day, and only as much as your body says it wants, not more.

I think you just had too much sugar:
Espirito wrote:Dinner Half a papaia / 3 Bananas
Well I am not surprised, I kind of guessed in the back of my mind that you may have a sugar comment today.
Papaya and bananas are really sweet to me and these fruits have a lot of fibers. You would feel very very full from that.

Also, they have created this calculator: http://www.waiworld.com/waidiet/nut-calcsimple.html
Which you may want to use to keep track of your nutrients, and sugars...etc.

Thanks Aytundra.

I read what you told me, and yes you have right... too much sugar.

I will see if i'm allergic to fruits ( Frutose ) i will not consume them.
Because in this moment, all kind fruit are provoking bad digestion, gas.

If i drink this 12 sweet oranges i will not move from my belly.

I will update what i will discover!
