You have to make an account and then create a recipe. You can then just add several food items. The recipe will show all nutritional info.

Decidedly I am an outcast today, MRR avoided me tonight ... Just kidding I guess he had more time.

Anyway, I'm going to simplify things since in any case I do not cheat, it's always the same : Juice, 80 grams salmon + 2 yellow

I'll do an update every 15 days, my only weapon now is patience and perseverance, Rome was not build in a day ... ;) ;)

Day 26 The same yesterday, training of the chest (hard, i love it)

There is an update in two weeks, my beautiful little devils

Oh Aytnudra thank you for the site, but the composition does not matter to me, just the calories to 3,000 ml apple juice press with sugar... Only As Brick juice on this kind of site, not fraiche

Yes, when i worked late, and had to go to bed early, the eating window was sometimes too small.
So that i had to eat/drink everything in less than 2 hours.
Yes, then i did feel bloated, though that never lasted for long, as the water gets absorbed rapidly, decreasing the pressure.

Hey my little devils, small update

I made a long trip, I changed my country too, I'm lucky to have very good and delicious fruit here (Reunion)

I also got used to walk a lot every day here. The scenery is beautiful. And especially since I walk a lot, I sleep better, I get up early etc etc... awesome

MRR Tell me, I am every day 100% liquid, juice + yellow / fish, I mean no fiber

But sometimes I eat whole fruits but now it makes me lethargic, less energetic than when I only juice in the blood. I'm not love the whole fruit now but only their juice. Before I loved eating whole fruit but now most of all, it tires me (fiber i guess). No problem with that? Stop Whole fruits,

I was wondering, because I know that you are JO, you still eat whole fruit? This makes you less energetic?

I do not like at all the fiber effect on my body.

We can do without fiber forever? you eat whole fruit sometimes? I no longer love the fiber...

Yes, that is perfectly ok.
It gives you tyhe best energy levels.
sometimes I eat whole fruits but now it makes me lethargic
That is because digestion requires a lot of energy.
It seems that fully active bowels may take 30% of available energy.
No problem with that? Stop Whole fruits,
No prolem at all. I basically stopped eating whole fruits 20 years ago.
It gives me the best energy.
Eating a few whole fruits makes me feel lethargic.
We can do without fiber forever?
Even sieved fruit juices still contain microfibers.
But, yes, the cellulose in whole fruits (or pulp) we can definitely do without.
