I went on the wai diet yesterday and ate a yolk for lunch with avocado. Im not used to eating yolks at all. But i had one and i had some juice also but just rested for a couple of hours like im supposed to. I felt so bad the rest of the day. I dont sleep much and it was really hard for me to get up again and continue work.

Is this normal? Im not gonna eat that much yolk - gonna get used to it. Not sure why i felt that way. I had a rough night and threw up. Not sure why my body reacts that way.

My diet consists of coffee, oranges, olive oil, tomatoes, dates, salad.

Im gonna do this for a week to get more energy before going on a vacation. After that im gonna continue. I love fish, the fatty acids in this diet and I love eating this much fruit.

Peace.

No, it is not normal, but it may be normal in your case. We don't know.
Obviously, your body does not like the egg yolks.
There are many possible reasons.
You do not have to eat egg yolks.
You can eat just fatty fish instead.

What r the best foods against bloating?
I got 4 days to get well from overeating and undersleeping. I like yoga, weights, walks and swimming.
Im bulimic and compulsive overeater which means i easely deprive myself Of food and punish myself w junk.

I appreciate any advice and encouragements. I love to learn how to let my body heal itself w a little help.

I know im being difficult but i find that fruits are so good for Me because it kills my cravings and my need to control and put everythin into Numbers and calories. I find its less nessecary on this diet because i sense what my body is saying.

Hi Marrrianne :)

if you are at normal weight and not starving your self, i think cravings to binge eat is just a learned behavior.

You simply developed a habit to overeat (because of dieting / overeating, for so many times in the past) and when you are in the same or similar situation now (in which you were during your past overeating situations) your body will still be sending cravings, same faulty thoughts, same emotions, sensations, memories, forcing you to do the same learned BAD BAD behavior - overeat.

Those brain messages are automatic, you can't stop it, can't fight with it and no diet or food can not change it. What you can do is simply be aware of it, noticed everything whats going on in your head, what kind of thoughts and emotions you feel. Be conscious and remember, no matter how real and persuasively it may sound - it's a lie! and you have absolute freedom to choose, act on it or not, binge or not. And if you going to resist, at first it will be a little bit hard, but each time the desire to overeat will weaken and weaken, until it disappears completely.

As i mentioned before, no diet / food in the world can't stop you from overeating, only you can. All you have to do is notice, recognise and watch your thoughts and you'll see how cravings to binge will disappear after 15 min or 2 hours, i don't know when ... but it will be gone.

i definitely recommend to read some books:

Foods with close to zero fiber, with very little anti-nutrients.
Foods that are easy to digest.
Best: raw fish and sieved juices from very ripe fruits.
Adding too much sugar can also cause bloating.
Egg yolks may cause bloating in some people susceptible to it.
