Chin-Chin's 22 mai

Post by Chin-Chin »

Morning: 1 banana + 1 mango + 3 egg yolks + some olive oil + honey

Snack: 1 banana + 1 mango + 2 peaches + oil oil + honey in a fruit smoothie

4 Marlboro lights because best friend came over.

3 o'clock: 100 grams of wild salmon + 50 grams of mackarel + olive oil + tamari soy sauce

500 grams of cherries

Now it's about 6:50 pm. I'm contemplating making another smoothie for the evening or a second serving of fish.

Evening before sleep: 1 avocado + 3 egg yolks

OK, I actually had to attend a social function this evening.

Before this, I made a fruit cocktail with 2 bananas and 6 peaches + olive oil!

I have a stomach ache because the stylist who invited me didn't know how to cook rice properly, not even with a rice cooker. I should really do a video course on the internet on how to cook rice. Or did my stomach get used to raw food, after only one month?

We had gazpacho for appetizer, with lots of garlic and basils (yummy!).

your diet sounds so nutritious!!

I had cherries today too, in a smoothie with banana.

They'll tell you you should have had fat with the cherries, to cut out the soya sauce, and you're very naughty for smoking, but I think you're doing brilliantly. :)

It might well be that your stomach isn't used to cooked food anymore. Now it's 'only' a stomach ache, later it might 'just' be puking. :?

How did Chin Chin edit her post? Is she a moderator already? Everybody's a moderator except me. Really am I *that* difficult to keep in line?

I'm baffled too, but maybe in this particular forum, posters can edit their own threads and/or posts?

Oh it's nothing. I'm a computer wizard

I could reorganize the whole forum if I wanted to. Just don't have the time for the moment
