It may be due to bad weather (if you are serotonin sensitive), it may have a psychological cause, it may be a personal thing (in the sense that you make it a bad day due to your initial response to the first signs of 'a bad day'), it may be just bad luck, or it even may be not a bad day at all...
It may be lots of things.
Maybe you can elaborate?

Well, it was, but I didnt understand what you were referring to specifically.
So, maybe you can specify?

Ah, ok, here you go.
Mostly when you try to specify your own question,
you can find the answer yourself...
Is it always in the weekend that you feel bad?
or also sometimes when you go to school?

Can you define going psycho?
What do you feel?
Is it an all over depressed feeling (everything sucks),
are you angry at something /somebody / the whole world,
does it feel like there is a malfunction in your brain,
or something else?

i start talking to myself or stuffed animals, i look disheveled and can't take care of myself, and do strange things in the supermarket- thats the external manifestation. internally, its like a vast terrifying emptiness. feeling every task is impossibly difficult, that nobody cares.

In the way of just having a conversation? (as in just someone to talk to)
Or something with specific meaning? (with regards to a specific issue)

Beautifully said; "the external manifestation of the internal emptiness..."
Honestly, im surprised that this doesnt manifest itself in many more people on a daily basis,
as i believe that many people basically feel similar things,
as in the emptiness / meaninglessness of life as it manifests itself on earth
when there is no real care or love, but war, abuse, rape, hunger and disease instead,
due to a lack of empathy in others.
I think most people just lock themselves up in their own small world,
so that they cannot feel the misery of others.
Maybe you feel too much misery and too little empathy?

And I was not being sarcastic, it is just a logical question I think
