A2 milk

There's a company where I live that sell A2 milk.

What are your thoughts on it? In theory, it should be OKish (maybe on the same level as cooked meat; having HCAs, too much calcium, but at least to A1 peptides.)

Its less addictive indeed. No HCAs, though high calcium. Still contains all those hormones and growth factors meant for suckling calves

Only less addictive? Or also less unhealthy?


I still haven't kicked cream / cheese. My acne's gone, but I try to keep up general health, but these are things I enjoy.
