Heart Center Pain

I am suffering from periodic severe pain at the heart center...

Lower chest behind the breast bone...

This can occur anytime and may last for several hours, but usually it happens after lunch in the middle of the afternoon.

I have to lie down and cannot function..

I am on Wais diet with 95% of all fiber removed, very strict, no cheating..

Any ideas???

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the butter/ghee you're consuming is not on the strict diet. I'm not sure what you eat/drink otherwise, but this could be one possible reason?

That was why I asked about it in the other thread.
It seemed that the two could be related.
But I am not an expert, so it is only a hunch.

Solved this problem...

My meals consist of fruit juice and oils and a few nuts...

I had gotten careless and was eating the oils and nuts before I had finished the fruit juice.

This caused intense indigestion as the stomach got coated with oil and could not digest the sugars...

DUMB!

I now wait 15 mins after fruit before consuming oil. Fixed!
