Does the dextrose work for you?

Scaring!
Yes, but on the other hand; this is the perfect diet for that,
as we constantly monitor our blood sugar levels,
and as we never consume big meals.

Didn't give it really a try. I am quiet scared of highly processed stuff. My body is so sensitive for now that I prefer to wait until he recovers fully (that my arrhythmia disappears).

But its very easy to try in very small amounts.
You can buy a dextrose bar, and just take one little piece of it first.
Its tiny, so that its safe to experiment with.

I did buy 75g of dextrose powder, and tried to add a few to my fruits and honey (don't drink OJ for now). This diet is already not very convenient (eating all day), but with this powder in addition, it becomes unmanageable for me! I should seek for dextrose bar, but aren't they any additives to it ? is-it really pure like the powder?

I dont think so, as you need a binding agent (sugar syrup, fondant),
and dextrose is not as good a water binder as sugar is.
