since on the wai diet (100%) I've had much shorter and agreable periods but I still experience PMS (over emotional) even with increased intake of egg yolks the week before. Usually I eat between 6 and 8 yolks 4 to 7 days before my cycle begins...
Could I eat more yolks to lessen the effects of PMS? Or maybe it is just normal due to the natural hormonal fluctuations?
