SO i live in Ireland now and it'sreally cold here. It's cold outside and it's raining and when I finally get indoor I struggle because it's cold. I got the evil idea to start brewing some hot foods, just to get a lot of spices and damp foods in my stomack.
I know it doesn't help that I'm having frozen banana icecream now... but it made me realize I have to ask you guys in here what you do to keep warm and relax indoor during the winter and autumn??
I know it's a weird subject but I'm just much better starving than freezing. Even my hands are cold all the time.
thanx. !
it's that coldseason of the year...

Yes, I follow those rules for warming yourself up with foods (calories):Also, ingesting enough calories really helps.
Carb > Protein > Fat
(Fruit) sugars > Other carbs
CO > OO
I notice that good posture is also crucial, especially the position of your chest.
For exercise I prefer rebounding more then any other exercise (if it comes to warming myself up).
Hope this helps.
