That they are generally not raw.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oat
"Raw oats begin to show signs of enzymatic rancidity within four days of being dehulled if not stabilized. Oat groats pass through a heat and moisture treatment to stabilize them".
So, the heat treatment is needed to make them last.
my digestive system always reacts positive on the fibre of oats.
Can you clarify in what way?
I mean, do they counteract diarrhea? Stop gripes? Eliminate gasses?
Oats contain more soluble fibre (beta-glucans; chains of D-glucose) than other grains (4% in oat flour) and also its (globulin-like) protein is more soluble. So that oat absorbs water, slowing down digestion, filling up your bowels.
Heated protein may sedate your bowels.

I feel like sometimes food won't pass my stomach.
Like I will eat a tomato in the early morning.
And then 4 hours later I have a burb of stomach fluid coming up that taste like tomato.
...
I guess this is maybe GERD.
Those burbs are generally not that acidic, so I guess that my stomach acid is not so high for some reason

But anyway, if I combine food with oats, then I feel like every meal passes through the stomach.
Otherwise sometimes there is some annoying pain (zeurderig gevoel) in my stomach for hours.
Gelatin also works positively on my stomach.

Edit: I've been searching the internet for al little bit. I guess that what I've got is called gastritis or dyspepsia.

Interesting.
So, in order to find out more about your issue, we should ask ourselves:
what exactly in oats helps you digest food?
What is so specific about oats?
Maybe the pH? Since OJ may have bad effects in you, what effect does bicarbonate (soda) have?
maybe the glycolipids and phospholipids? (what effect does maize (corn) have in you?)
maybe the soluble fiber? (beta-glucans) Do mushroom have the same effect in you?
maybe the avenalin, the soluble (globulin-like) protein? (gelatin is also soluble protein)
Did you try hypromellose?

Maybe its just too much (of some) fluid in your stomach (hence the effect of OJ, hence the need for soluble stuff).
What effect do other juices have when consumed in litres? Water?

I think your body is after thickeners.
Have you tried pectin? Pectin is probably more Wai than gelatin, oats, potato starches, as pectin is derived from fruits usually.
