Thanks for the tip! I've noticed that when I drink water together with the yolk, it starts to foam in my moath, which I think causes gasses in my stomach. So banana was a great way to get the yolk go down without problem, and make it taste even better! :)

I really love sliced bananas with honey (the really raw kind, with bits of honeycomb still in it, is the best!) and a bit of olive oil mixed in, making it creamy.

It's so delicious and fulfilling, like the perfect dessert (except I eat it all the time!)

Sula! I tried a banana with honey and olive oil and it was so delicious I had to have it again for dinner...with nuts.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes it so much! :) And adding nuts is such a great idea, Blue Frog

That is a greatway for people who don't like the taste of raw egg yolks...the banana or honey & olive oil go great with it!!

I love the taste of egg yolks though...when they are really fresh and the chickens are healthy..they taste fantatsic

Yolks from healthy chickens do taste better, but I still need help getting them down, Sunkist. :)

Monique, I usually like pecans, but walnuts would probably be better for you.
