Cut an avocado into long pieces.
Cut a banana lengthwise into thin pieces, than cut them shorter.
Cut a mango into thin long pieces.
Add olive oil/coconut oil, full-fat cream (munchfood), sugar, maple syrup (munchfood).
Just made it in order to help me resist the grill-cheese my mom made for me. I wouldn't really call this a salad as it's so 'deserty'.
